worst nightmare experience with EVANS HALSHAW
Terrible Experience from money leaving account to today.Purchased car 30th Jan received 13th FEB.Calls repeatedly unanswered even today.Purchased minor damage insurance policy 30th JAN still waiting for hard or electronic copies of what i paid for.No regulatory cancellation period then.I AM STILL WITHIN FULL REFUND STAGE UNTIL 27TH feb but the salesman and manager still dont get back to me.Went to EVANS HALSHAW because i thought they were reputable and did not expect to spend my valuable time writing this or repeatedly ringing and texting salesman and manager with no answers.I HAVE EVEN DISCUSSED MY DISSATISFACTION face to face with no response.NOW RECEIVING EMAILS CAR NEEDS A SERVICE;WHAT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

NIGHTMARE AT EVANS HALSHAW FORD WOLVERHAMPTON;never again
Bought car from Evans Halshaw Ford on 30th Jan.Did not receive car till 13th February and not informed what was happening throughout this period even though i rang manager and salesperson repeatedly.Upon receiving at FORD WOLVERHAMPTON i drove half way home before realising the car folder and particulars had not been put in car.They promised to send still waiting.In addition on 30th Jan i purchased minor damage insurance policy and now on 24th FEB have still not received the policy details electronically or in hard copy.This contravenes my 14 day cancellation rights even though i have telephoned the branch in WOLVERHAMPTON to ascertain where my policy is.

Good experience all round
Had appointment to view a used car. All went well so discussed part exchange as well as buying outright. Liz Woolley was very helpful and discussed all options, including the service plan. Collected car 2 days later. A week on I'm very happy with my new car.

Really poor service and has to take car back after 48 hours for repairs for a fault that the salesman said to ignore!

Very poor
Very poor communication, don't ever return calls without you having to chase and complain. Took way longer than they agreed for me to receive my car, 12 days instead of the 2/3 we agreed. Massively delayed and slow with returning my cash back. Staff friendly and polite but overall service extremely poor. Definitely felt like we weren't a priority as we weren't buying a 30 thousand pound car.
