My first time at Evans Halshaw Old Trafford and I was amazed by the customer service provided by Tahir Afzal. After feeling deflated by treatment at other dealerships (not Evans Halshaw) I didnt have much hope. Tahir completely flipped that around and went above and beyond what we expected. I walked out with a car that is perfect for my family needs feeling fully informed and most importantly feeling confident in my new vehicle. Appalling
If I could leave zero stars I would. Had an issue with the Mini I purchased and took it back to be sorted. 6 months later still waiting for the problem to be fixed. Staff and managers say they will call back but never bother. Would never recommend this company. If the situation carries on for much longer I will be speaking with trading standards!

Seats need re-adjusting
Service is always good but the drivers seat was left high up and against the steering wheel. This caused me to bang my head when getting into the car and I have suffered with headaches over the weekend.
