Down side
Down side, everything done via email, I didn't realise that if you don't have an email address you can't buy a car. Felt a bit discriminated as I don't have an email address and had to use my partners. However, Lauren reassured us this was how things are done now, great asset to the company. Jay couldn't answer alot of questions, however he was honest about it and found out the answers, great service. Apart from the products, it's the great staff that keep our loyalty over many years

Vehicle turned up not as purchased, dealership Manager Lauren not helpful in resolving 3 issues which should have been sorted before delivery.
Now it’s going to take my time and money to put things right.
Totally unacceptable service. Will not be using or recommending this Dealership to anyone.

Disappointed
We dealt with Jakub from the start of the purchase. We travelled approx 200mls each way because couldn't find what we were looking for in our area . I was the owner of the new car but work commitments prevented me to collect the car so my partner had too when it was ready. He arrived at garage bout 11am. Car wasn't even road taxed. He had to wait until Jakub went to post office. Then proof of insurance was another issue, documents I had too sign . I already explained it wouldn't be myself that would collect car. There was a multitude of phone calls, emails before he could leave garage. Something that should be a very smooth process it was not. It made what should have been an exciting and enjoyable process . And it was not
