From the start the car I was looking at…
From the start the car I was looking at was dirty. Took it on a test drive abs lights on brakes juddering wasn’t fit to leave the forecourt. Salesmen were rude and confrontational whilst making sly comments. Been back 5 times with the car to get it fixed but they seemed to not care everytime until you really complained. Reception staff look like they don’t want to be there and one is rude and just shouldn’t be there. Won’t be going there ever again

New car…
Recently got a car on finance and was very happy with the service at Evans Halshaw, Rhostyllen. Ella, the sales assistant was very patient and answered all my questions and went through everything thoroughly. Very helpful and friendly. Made choosing the car very easy and the process was fast.. very impressed! Also the other staff were friendly and the mechanic there very helpful in fitting my sons car seat into the new car and made sure it was safely fitted.
Will definitely be going back for when I need to change my car :)

Never buy a car or get a service here!
I would never buy a car from Evans Halshaw Wrexham again and never have one serviced here neither. From start to finish the experience has been stressful. Communication and customer service is something they really need to work on and if you ask me, some of them are in the wrong job! Always being fobbed off and the person dealing with it never wanted to speak to us and got staff who had been there days to deal with it!
