After taking a morning off work to get my Van serviced on a pre-arranged MOT and Service appointment I ended up waiting 6+ hours thus loosing a whole days work for my vehicle to be finished. I arrived at 0835 and was the second person in that stayed to wait. After many other customers had come and left I received a txt msg to inform me my rear breaks required changing, so I authorised the work to be done. At approximately 1330hrs I approached the desk and enquired if my van was anywhere near ready. I had the reply that "they are just finishing the MOT" At 1415hrs I eventually got word my van was ready and I could make the payment. The bill did not have the work for the breaks changing on it so when I asked if they had been done the answer was "we will have to book them in for another time" I declined the offer and left but had no explanation why a first service and a standard MOT had taken 6 plus hours.

I purchased a van from this company on 09/30/2025 and after only 2 months and a few days the ordeal with problems began!! I remind you that the van in question only had 38,853and after only 2600 miles problems appeared (water pump, DPF inflated, hoses and pipes that were degraded and had to be replaced, and now the rear group has failed which makes it impossible to travel with this van!! After 2 complaints the problem has still not been solved saying that it is the legal holidays and they cannot help me!! I am waiting to be contacted by them and to urgently find a solvable solution so that the van is functional!! Due to these quite large problems I do not recommend you to collaborate with this dealer who did not respect the customer and I am waiting for an answer!! Otherwise I will use the services of some companies with lawyers to recover my damage and money spent on a van with hidden problems!! I remind you that the van currently only has 41,676and at the time of purchase it was written on the website that it had 34,800 although it had 38,853! In order for them to avoid contact and the responsibility of some legal actions, they asked me to take out another warranty insurance for 15 months for which I paid an extra 540 pounds!!

Messed me about for weeks no call backs the £800 premium guarantee isn't worth 8p sat alday to have a part fitted to be informed 6 and half hours later its the wrong part got sent home thay. Never got a courtesy car on site theres no information being passed on to appropriate people or places thay were told the add Blue was playing up 2 yrs ago now the car cant be driven because the miles on the add blue counter are at 50 ish miles I feel so ill trying to get it through to them I need my car ..Thay were very quick and happy to snatch the premium money from me with all the up beat bonuses it supposedly carries but in MY EYES now trying to claim off it its horrendous your not a customer to them your the fool who parted with alot of money for a useless warranty/ guarantee i could go on forever with negativity but it won't get me back on the road but good people like myself should know it could happen to them its so frustrating just trying to get a call back is like trying to contact god its very upsetting

The service team here are brilliant. Had my ford transit custom in for a health check. On the health check the technicians saw that the shocks were leaking. Amy got me booked back in to get them replaced.
Arrived again and they sorted me out a van as being off the road means i cant work and lose money.
They were replaced by end of day when they said.
It was an absolute pleasure to deal with Amy, Dan and Dan. The team are great, and the owner of the branch should be proud to have such a great team. I haven't met the mechanics/ Technicians but also a big thank you to them for keeping me on the road.
From day one buying my old ford custom sport in 2019 to my new full electric custom sport in 2024 and my ford puma electric this year. The staff have been brilliant.

Van bought 14.08.25 from EH then went into service with engine light on 25.09.25. Got cleared and issued back to me. Different light came on the dash. Went back to EH service 09.10.25. Been there for 4 weeks only to find the problem (Engine wrote off) and now I am waiting for the Principal Dealer to come back off A/L to decide next steps. The lack of urgency and empathy is shocking. No call backs, Email silence and complaints procedure is a dead end. Todays date 04.11.25. AVOID!!!!!!!!!!!!

I went in to Evans halshaw wolverhampton on Sunday 4th May 2025. I test drove a car and was asked to provide a deposit (£100) I asked the salesman if that was refundable if I changed my mind over the weekend. I was assured that it wouldn’t be a problem, I contacted them on Tuesday 6th May and explained that I had decided to keep my original car. I was once again assured that I would get my deposit back. I was advised to contact the finance dept, after numerous attempts to speak to someone ( the line was never answered) I rang the sales line again and spoke to the manager who told me it wouldn’t be a problem and that he would sort it. I emailed the head office and explained the situation. I didn’t receive a response and I still can’t get through to the finance department via telephone and I am yet to receive my refund! Quick enough to take your money but not good at refunding it despite reassurances that it’s not a problem.

Customer service great, but the car is still faulty and trying to get booked back in.
Also losing money as need van for work and 3 days with out a van and no courtesy car is not good on a 2 year old Ranger

Emailed them 3 times and submitted a complaint which I was told I’d be responded to but all ignored. Happy to sell you a car but give no toss after you’ve drove off with it.

Test drove a car on the Saturday. Needed a heater matrix replaced so told we could collect the following friday. Husband got train the dealers. Car still in workshop so told to complete paperwork whilst car brought round. Signed finance and paid the £2000 deposit. Went to car. Heater matrix still not working correctly, new dent in rear bumper, we were told one previous owner to find out we would be the 4th owner, told service history to be given 4 pieces of paperwork. Asked for a reduction on price or some extra warranty just in case as they had miss sold the car. Told no! We said that we would withdraw from the sale. Husband had to get a train back, missed a job interview! Still waiting 9 days later for the return of our £2000 deposit and for the finance to be cancelled!
Would never recommend them to anyone!!

Outstanding Sales team
Just ordered my New ford transit custom Electric. I asked to speak to sales after booking my current for transit in for a yearly service. I was put through to a guy called Joseph.
He answered any question i had swiftly, anything he was unsure of he was honest and found out from his colleague. There was no pressure selling which i loved, he gives you time to think about your decisions. He went through all purchase options fully which then i managed to come to a conclusion and placed the order.
The top point for me is that there was no pressure selling, he was very knowledgable, a great guy a spoke to you like a genuine person. Fantastic experience.
Now just the wait on the van but im in no major rush and gives me time to sort out my current one.
