Purchase of VW Polo 1.2 TSI Match
The car being purchased was a used Polo in excellent condition. Fair price for both the sale of the Polo and the trade in value of our own car made the deal. The salesman Hassan Rehman took time to explain the various optional warranties and accepted our budget constraints. Sale completed quickly and vehicle made ready for collection the following day. Good service.

Don’t bother …
Very nice customer service when looking around the vehicle I wanted to purchase but as soon as we got down to details their attitude changed, becoming very arrogant and rude. Two men standing over me while I was seated in what I felt was an intimidating manner. I was very interested in the vehicle so gave them a second change over the phone only to get the same arrogant attitude. They also lied about the offer for my current vehicle. All in all don’t bother go and see Scott at Trust Ford Castleford. Top sales team there who respect their customers.
