Great customer service
Really great customer service from Sam on the sales team. I was hoping for a quick part exchange deal for a used car and he got the whole thing done in a day with a test drive and valet on the new car. Whole experience was hassle free and I got all the help I needed to make the right choice. I would definitely go back.

Mountain out of a molehill..
I had an issue with the coolant .. levels were low and cap had broken.
Told it would be a half hour inspection £60.
The video sent showed tyres and other checks which weren't needed as I only had the vehicle serviced there 3 months before.
The problem was specific but I ended up paying £60 to find out where the leak was coming from.
To get the fault repaired will be extra... so I'll be asking for other quotes.

Engine warning light after 1 hour
Engine warning light came on after 1 hour. Pick up process was poor and given wrong information with regards the vehicle and the Ford Pass App.
The dealership are picking up the vehicle but we shouldn't be in this position in the first place

Obnoxious Manager
Called in today (30/08/23) We are a middle aged couple who are more than capable of buying a new car outright. However, we want to look at all our options. Buy, PCP, new or used? Spoke to Steve in used sales. Very helpful indeed. We then tried new car sales. Spoke to Dominick. An extremely pleasant, helpful and polite young man. We sat down and started to go over some figures. It was at this point that the Gentleman next to Dom butted in and went straight into high speed, high pressure sales babble. It was only when I mentioned that we were quite happy dealing with Dom that he introduced himself as the Manager. (No name.) I told him repeatedly that we wanted some idea of prices. He was insistent that we tell him our budget. "We don't have one. We want to see some figures." I told him (Again) I also asked for a printout of said figures. He continued hi verbal barrage of utter nonsense then informed us they don't do printouts. I told him we have one from OMC. He still insisted we couldn't have one. I am convinced that he was not taking us seriously. By this time, my wife and I had had enough. I thanked him for his time and told him we would go home and examine the figures from OMC. His reply? "Good luck with that. Enjoy." Well done Mr Manager. Massive fail. Well done Steve and Dominick. If it were not for this obnoxious man we would very likely be driving away with one of your cars, for the third time. Yes, returning customer who has always been more that happy with the service from EH. Not any more. Bye Bye.
