Numerous failed attempts to get through to their parts department to obtain a replacement Nox sensor for my 17,000 mile Duster. Average cost around £150.
Sent a request by Email giving part number. Got this Email back. Seems the £150 sensor is charged at £1,145.
Now ordered one from France at 160 euros.

A lovely team of down to earth guys here, Daniel got my sale and part ex sorted without fuss and even stayed after hours to finalise everything. I had some issues with the car when I got it home, but I called and they got it sorted immediately. Very happy with my experience.

Everything , my car is looked after from the moment I drop it off , the video of the service is excellent and so are the emails . The staff are really friendly and you know what's happening from start to finish . Even the courtesy car is lovely and clean . A 5 Star ⭐ experience from start to finish .

Evens after sale is terrible once you buy a car I had a service after it a engine rattle on my car started been back five times to be told it’s ok when it wasn’t took to another for service put the right oil in rattle gone so I’ve drove that car for year with a rattle god no’s what damage has been done so buyers be were before buying from this company😡 how can you help when five times I asked for help you did not want to no ?

Well after my previous 5 star review I've returned and bought another new car! Jack and Colleen are the best in the business, and in a few years I will return for another.
While looking I experienced other salesmen and their slightly devious pricing etc and they reinforced how good these 2 are.

We were looking for a replacement Duster and dealt with Jack Marston (sales)on numerous occasions who never once pressurised us and showed remarkable patience especially when we heard the the Duster model was being launched. Eventually we decided on spec and colour and he arranged an hours test drive for us. An absolute credit to the Dealership.

I was in September at the dealership to get some information about Dacia jogger hybrid and Colleen the sales executive went straight to Dacia website and configured a car for me so I was really surprised. The car was supposed to have delivered in December and for my surprise it was delivered in November. I am very happy with the car it’s way better than I expected love it. So far my experience with Dacia Middlesbrough was great. Thanks

They are very nice when they want to sell you insurance, service etc. But when it comes to keep their promises (which I have an email confirmation for) they do not respond at all and pretend it never happened. I have been promised new trims for the car I bought but never seen them. Car bought in September...

Last month we brought a Kia Sportage from branch in Cannon Park, Middlesbrough.
We agreed to purchase the vehicle under the salesman’s promise to repair any faults… but they failed to fix the issues TWICE!
They promised to fix the fuel pump, but didn’t… when we collected the car and noticed it still wasn’t working. We took it back, they apparently fixed it…. but didn’t again.
Also the footsteps were still broken… took it back… they bodged it back together with tape and lied to me; “it’s not designed to be a footstep so don’t use it”.
It doesn’t stop there… we’ve had plenty of other problems. But why bother listing them…
I called to make a complaint, the salesman promised to get the manager to call me back…. 2 days later nothing.
