Rang twice yesterday about a Fiat Panda…
Rang twice yesterday about a Fiat Panda for sale on Autotrader. I initially wanted the delivery costs and the sales manager said he would check if the vehicle was still in stock. No call back. Rang back over an hour later and spoke to "Agrippa" about the delivery costs. He said he would find out and call back. At the same time I asked if photos of ALL the alloy wheels could be generated. The only photo advertised of the wheels showed a perfect alloy. The rest looked scuffed up even in the distant photos. He insisted they were steel rims with covers despite having the photo in front of me and listed as alloys in the description. He did not believe me!! Said he would physically check the wheels and get back to me. 6 hours later and no return call. Just imagine what it will be like if you have a warranty issue. They don't have the drive to even sell you a vehicle.
