It's been a long time since i visited a car showroom so I was bit apprehensive, I was put at ease straight away with a friendly greeting by several members of staff and introduced to Lewis who was professional and very knowledgeable on both car I was interested in and the various options available to me. Considering it was late in the day that was not an issue and the test drive was sorted out. Great service all round. Highly recommend a visit if you are car hunting.

Recently bought a used vehicle from Evans Halshaw BYD Milton Keynes. On plus side we were able to buy a very decent car at a good price. As a negative it seems pretty much impossible to buy a car without being subjected to numerous cross sales and suggestions you need additional x,y & z products. This culminated in a highly inflated 'sales proposal' which scared my parents, who thought they had agreed to numerous additional products for their car.. Obviously this is where the commission is for these salesmen, however, a firm NO doesn't always seem to work first or second time.
Mahi, our salesperson was helpful in guiding us through the process, but unfortunately I can not leave a 5 star review, as I was requested to leave a 5 star review whilst still sat in the sales room and before I had even driven the car. Apparently they get paid extra for 5 star reviews on various platforms - make of that what you will when reading other reviews on here. I explained that I do not review until I have completed the process and taken time to gather my thoughts - that unfortunately does not fit their sales strategy here.
If you can cut through all of the above, you can buy a good car at a competitive price here, just remember that's what you went there for in the first place.

Jude (used car salesman from MK centre) was excellent; friendly, profressional and very knowledgeable. He asked us what we wanted and our budget and showed us a few cars to choose from. We got a great deal.
There was an unknown isssue with the car within 24 hours but it was sorted quickly and we were given a courtsey car. Would have been 5 stars without this issue!

Friendly/efficient/unexpected clean

PLEASE DONT BUY A CAR FROM HERE - I purchased a 22 plate Ford Focus in August 2025, the car had 12000 miles on the clock
When I purchase the car I was advised it had just had a service, which proved to be inaccurate!
In December the DPF filter needed changing and after 2 visits to the garage and their efforts to deflect the issue onto myself they finally agreed to replace the filter as the car was under warranty when the fault appeared.
In February the battery warning light appeared and we had to replace the battery
We replaced the battery and in March the car was serviced by Ford’s at the cost of £400 !
Last week the car came to a complete stop with no warning lights and had to be towed to a garage
A week later the car had been hooked up to the diagnostic system and it states there is no fault !
We currently have 2 Ford experts looking at the vehicle and they have no idea what the cause is and it has complete engine failure !!

Sanjay was fantastic! Guaranteed to have the best time and also feel safe that you’re being looked after. We left with a new car and a smile on our faces. Sanjay Patel… the VERY BEST

I purchased a 2022 Suzuki S-Cross from this dealer and almost immediately discovered it was not fit for purpose.
Within days, the vehicle showed a long list of faults: broken boot panels and supports, a passenger window that would not close, a side mirror that repeatedly stuck, and clear signs of water ingress into the engine bay due to seal damage. The brakes were excessively noisy, there was a grinding metal noise when reversing, and the gearbox was so stiff I had to stop and reselect gears just to continue driving.
The situation escalated when the car began failing to start, eventually leaving me stranded. At the same time, multiple warning faults appeared including cruise control unavailable, TPMS unavailable, and intermittent airbag warnings—raising serious safety concerns.
I reported these issues promptly and exercised my right to reject the vehicle. Instead of resolving the matter professionally, the dealer became evasive and unnecessarily complicated the process. Communication was poor, and there was a clear reluctance to take responsibility for a vehicle that should never have been sold in this condition.
Ultimately, I had to involve the finance company to resolve the issue. They repossessed the vehicle and refunded me—something the dealer should have handled directly and without resistance.
Selling a car with this number of serious mechanical and safety faults is unacceptable. Handling a legitimate rejection this poorly is even worse. I would strongly advise anyone considering buying from this dealer to proceed with extreme caution and ensure every detail is independently checked.

I would like to rate their customer service…. But they would need to even answer a call first. I have never found it impossible to book a service. It’s enough to make me want to navigate away from my Hyundai so I can use a different supplier (linked via built in service to plan so can’t change) 40+ calls, over 10 separate attempts. Nothing to show for it. Woeful.

Sanjay Patel provided a very efficient friendly experience. There was no hard sell. He was clear and concise and was very approachable and knowledgeable.

No one calls you back my car needs mot on my mobility car have been let down 4 times keep calling no one knows what's going on and don't call you back also called them yesterday told they will find out what is going on i was on phone 10 minutes then cut off no call back. I am a mobility customer and I want be buying a ford again and will mention how I was treated to other mobility customers
