No response to my complaint. Drawer Runners are poor quality.
I ordered Soft Close push to open drawer runners from Eurofit Direct and they were rubbish. I tried fitting (have fitted many runners before) these and the drawer does not go fully into the cupboard furthermore the push to open does not work. I tripled check all my cupboard fittings and they are spot on for the tolerance of these drawers. Luckily I ordered 3 pairs of these hinges so tried one of the other sets in my hand without fitting to the cupboard as a test and these did not shut properly nor did the push to open work.
I emailed Eurofit email almost a week ago now asking to return these and still had no response on this. Its really disappointing as I was hoping to use Eurofit for all my projects going forward but instead I will result in not using them and sharing my experience with my trade community.

The delivery was next day
The delivery was next day, less than 24 hour, and the product looks very good. I haven't fitted it yet as it's a different size to the existing ones.
The missing star was for the missing screws. Heavy duty hinges without screws arent much use.

We do supply screws for the hinge, however they are supplied separately but can be found at the bottom of the page. We do not include them in the product as they are used for multiple different products and some may use over screws if preferred, but we appreciate the comment and will take this into consideration with new customers.
