Juliet really helped me through out the process. She was very supportive and patient with my questions.

Juliet was very helpful as this DBS was proving to be difficult to verify due to the name of the canidate and what was considered to be a middle name.
In addition to this English was the second language and the corespondence was being translated to Korean.
