The technician was good, and the person from the escalation team assisted me well regarding the case. However, the overall experience with Eureka Forbes has been extremely disappointing.
I did not receive the complete quantity of accessories required, and one accessory was not delivered at all. This kind of negligence is completely unacceptable from a brand like Eureka Forbes. Your quality of service is deteriorating day by day.
Previously, I stopped using Eureka Forbes water filters because of poor service issues and moved to another brand. Now, with this robotic product experience as well, you are again making customers think about switching to other brands.
It is very unfortunate that despite being a reputed company, your after-sales service remains extremely poor and unreliable. Customers expect professionalism, proper delivery, and accountability — all of which are clearly lacking in this case.

Very bad service. Trying to get a technician to repair my robot vacuam cleaner for the past 4 days. They schedule the service,I sit at home,and no one turns up.
When selling they keep calling you. But later when you call no one turns up!

Worst service among all the brands. I got complaint with vacuum cleaner and registered the issue on march 29th yet no one turned around to resolve it even after several grievances from our end. Please don't go for eureka forbes products. They give the worst service and we loose all my money, time and patience over these products.

Completely Misleading & Worst After-Sales Experience with Eureka Forbes
Bought Forbes SmartClean Home Mapping Pro S2 for ₹26,499 and it has been a complete waste of money.
The only thing that works is the home mapping. The actual cleaning performance is shockingly poor—it leaves dust and dirt behind and doesn’t come anywhere close to what was confidently demonstrated during the sales pitch. The demo was clearly misleading.
What’s worse is the after-sales service. After just 2 uses, I raised a complaint and since then:
* No service provided
* No proper response
* Complete ignorance from the team
Sales representative Dashrath Punadiya and his senior Mr. Tinku were extremely responsive while selling the product, but now they are completely unresponsive and avoiding calls.
This shows a clear pattern—sell with big promises and disappear when the customer needs support.
Highly disappointed. I would strongly advise others to stay away unless you are okay wasting your money and getting zero support.
Unprofessional service almost a broad day scam
We had taken an AMC for our Aquaguard water purifier based on repeated assurances from Eureka Forbes that annual filter replacement and periodic servicing would be carried out promptly and without hassle. Unfortunately, our experience has been extremely disappointing.
We have been requesting service since November. Despite multiple follow-ups, the filter replacement was done only after nearly 2–3 months, around January. This delay itself reflects poorly on their service commitment.
Now, the scheduled free service is due again, and for the past 10 days we have been continuously following up. We have contacted the local team and even escalated the issue to Mr. Rajit (Manager, Kerala). Despite this, there has been absolutely no action or accountability.
Meanwhile, the water flow from the purifier has become very slow, directly affecting daily usage. This is not just an inconvenience—it raises concerns about maintenance and water quality.
Such repeated delays, lack of response, and failure to honor AMC commitments show a serious lack of professionalism and customer care. Customers opt for AMC precisely to avoid these issues, yet the service experience has been the opposite.
At this point, we are extremely dissatisfied and would strongly caution others to think carefully before relying on their service promises.

Pathetic service and cheating
Giving single star as there is no option to give less than that. I took AMC for water purifier. But they charged me more than 4k when a watwr leakage occured. But even after that there was water leakage and they are not even attending my service requests. Never buy their products.

When your amc is about to expire they'll call you to the point of frustration, once renewed you're in for long-term migraine just getting them to do what you paid for. Their services: change of catridges, scheduled maintenance by technicians are a most miserable experience. No logging of info no updates its like u r talking to an ivr with three sentences, sorry, escalating n backend team will connect. Such a dumb n useless and frustrating. The worst customer service, as a company. There maybe local Service providers who are good. Eureka Forbes have no local offices. So it is like monopoly. You are the mercy of their operators. There was once an incident whe the AMC was due for my water filter. The technician called me and asked for the happy code, saying it is for the previous visit. That particular round of service never happened after that. Recently the water tank of my robo developed a crack. I called the customer service number. They even saw the robo on video call and verified that the tank is indeed broken and took an online payment from me into the authorised Razorpay account of Eureka Forbes. They said the part will be delivered to me in 7 to 10 days. It is going to be 3 months. Calls to the customer service goes in circle with no one taki g responsibility. Mails to customer care get replied with standard apologies and no action. Email to grievance officer gies unreplied. I have never seen a worse customer service than that of Eureka Forbes.

I am disappointed with the level of customer service provided. I have been a loyal customer for over 10 years, yet my recent experience has been extremely frustrating.
The office in Ajman, United Arab Emirates has been unresponsive and unhelpful in handling my request. Despite multiple follow-ups over the past month with the manager, Mr. Atif, I have still not received the receipt for my one-year contract. Additionally, my request for clarification regarding the type of annual contract has not been addressed.
This lack of communication and delay is unacceptable, especially for a long-standing customer. Based on this experience, I would not recommend dealing with this company for any of their products or services.

Bought the machine 5 years back, i have frequently renewed the AMC. There was an issue with machine and i lodged a complaint in jan 26. Technician visited and changed a filter. He requested me to renew the AMC Since it was expiring in jan 26. And renewed for Rs.8999/- as he said. Now the AMC is valid till Jan 28. But later machine became fault in feb 26 again lodged a complaint, Technician visited but issue not resolved. again and again i was registering new complaint for the past 3 months but still issue not resolved. My last complaint was made on april 4th 2026, still no technician has been alloted for servicing. Now the machine completly failed and water is not getting loaded. My genuine request is please dont buy this Eureka Forbes Aqua Guard machine with very poor quality water filter and very very worst service. If anyone decide to buy Eureka Forbes machine then they can get life long Hypertension at free of cost. This is not a recent issue it has been for the past 3 years.

This is my humble request to those in Kerala (I’m not sure how the situation is in other states) who are considering purchasing Eureka Forbes products. The service is extremely poor, and neither the service centre nor the Trivandrum Area Manager has taken any responsibility for resolving my issue since March 2025.
When I faced a problem with my water purifier, I raised a complaint with customer care, and they asked me to take an AMC. After that, there was no response from the service centre. I followed up multiple times with the Trivandrum Area Service Manager, but his responses were along the lines of, “I don’t have time now” or “Call me after one week.” These are just a few examples. I have audio recordings, and if you hear the responses from the manager and the service centre staff, you would likely consider choosing another product. I can share these recordings if needed.
The most important point is that my issue has still not been resolved even after 1 year and 2 months. I am now looking for the contact details of the *CEO, Director, or Head of Services* at Eureka Forbes so that I can share proof of how their team operates and how customers are treated.
This is not just my experience—some of my family members in Trivandrum are facing similar issues, and a few of them have already switched to other products due to the poor service and rude behavior of the Area Service Manager.
This is simply a heads-up for anyone considering their products: if you expect proper service, I would strongly advise against buying them
