I have book water purifier on 26th…

I have book water purifier on 26th March 2026, it has been delivered on 31st March 2026, The product was out for delivery first April 2026 but still date 8th April 2026 product was not delivered. I have raised the complaint in online through customer care number but there is no response from Eureka Forbes customer care still product was not delivered. Please do not purchase this product.

More over they company policy

My question is for MD is he encouraging for false information.advertisent is false information guy.

Extremely disappointed with a brand new…

Extremely disappointed with a brand new Eureka Forbes Aquaguard unit purchased on 12.03.2026.

Even after multiple service visits, their authorized technician confirmed the water is not drinkable (TDS 1400). This has already impacted our health — my infant and family suffered from diarrhea and vomiting.

Despite raising multiple complaints since purchase, they are still unable to resolve the issue.

Requesting Eureka Forbes to take immediate action and ensure safe drinking water within 24 hours.

I am extremely disappointed with the after-sales service of my Eureka Forbes water purifier. Despite multiple follow-ups, there has been absolutely no proper response or resolution from the customer support team.

From the moment the issue started, I have been continuously contacting customer care, but all I receive are false assurances like “your complaint has been escalated” or “technician will visit soon”. In reality, no technician shows up, and no one takes responsibility for resolving the issue.

This kind of negligence is not just frustrating but also unacceptable, especially for a basic necessity like a water purifier. Safe drinking water is essential, and delaying service for days or even weeks puts families in serious inconvenience.

What makes the situation worse:

Repeated follow-ups with no action

Poor coordination between customer care and service team

False promises and misleading updates

Complete lack of accountability

No proper communication or timeline for resolution

I purchased the Aquaguard Crystal NXT…

I purchased the Aquaguard Crystal NXT Water Purifier, and it has been nothing but a nightmare. Within one year, almost every major component failed and had to be replaced. Even after repeated repairs, the core issue is still not fixed.
The purifier only works temporarily after servicing, and then new problems keep coming up. This clearly shows the product is poorly built and unreliable.
It feels like a deliberate strategy to trap customers into paying for AMC. Every service visit is just about pushing AMC renewal instead of providing a permanent fix.
I feel completely cheated. This product is a waste of money—avoid it at all costs.

Worst Customer care Experience I ever had

It is nearly 5 months I am approaching for water purifier installation and no proper response from Eureka forbes apart from same ditto copy messages regret, sorry etc. It is extremely frustrating.

no response for my 90 emails. For the past 5 months no proper action has been taken for my mails and calls.

5 months is a very long time. No response from Eureka Forbes when technician will come for installation?

Customer care people or vis emails no proper response for when technician will come for installation for the past 5 months?

I am extremely sorry to tell the worst Customer care Experience I ever had.

very bad service, i ordered product from eurekaforbes.com but after online payment, they did not delivered the order and after 3 follow and couple of emails they called. they are very bad in services, i do not recommend Eureka Forbes.

I am extremely disappointed with the customer service provided by Eureka Forbes Ltd Forbes. We have raised a complaint regarding our RO system over a week ago, and despite multiple follow-ups, the issue remains unresolved. Instead of receiving any concrete solution, we are repeatedly given vague assurances such as “it will be resolved soon,” which is both frustrating and unacceptable.
Such a lack of responsiveness and accountability reflects very poorly on the service standards, especially for a company that customers trust for essential products like water purifiers. Based on this experience, I would not recommend Eureka Forbes or their AMC services to others.

I request immediate action and a prompt resolution to this issue without any further delay.

Unsatisfactory customer service even after renewing AMC

I can't give a review less than one otherwise I would have given a negative rating. Miserable customer service support, the team calls repeatedly for the renewal of AMC but after buying the service, there is no service provided and tickets remain open for months. Fed-up following up with them. Based on my personal experience will never suggest anyone to buy aquaguard filters.

I am extremely disappointed with the service experience despite having an active AMC. I had scheduled a service request for Friday, and a technician was assigned for Saturday between 3:00 PM and 5:00 PM. However, the assigned technician, Mr. Hemanth Kumar, responded in a highly unprofessional and rude manner when contacted, even going as far as to say I could complain about him if I wanted. This kind of behavior is completely unacceptable.

After escalating the issue to customer care, another technician, Mr. Preetham, was assigned. Based on his confirmation that he would visit, I adjusted my schedule and stayed home waiting. Unfortunately, after 6:00 PM, he informed me that my details were not visible in his system and that he would not be coming. He redirected me to another technician, which only added to the confusion.

When I contacted the third technician, I was told that such issues are common with online bookings and that a required kit had not yet arrived. I was even advised to opt for offline booking instead, which raises serious concerns about the reliability and efficiency of the company’s online service system.

Overall, this experience resulted in a complete waste of time, unnecessary stress, and disruption of my personal and professional commitments. Despite having an AMC, the service delivery was poorly managed and highly uncoordinated.

I strongly urge the company to address these issues, improve technician professionalism, and streamline their service processes—especially for online bookings—to prevent such frustrating experiences for other customers.
