Accurate and effective communication
Being cold contacted makes one immediately suspicious in these days of fraudulent practices. I asked a number of questions to verify this was a genuine legitimate issue, which were answered promptly and to my full satisfaction.
Subsequent communications were accurate and effective.

I do family history as a hobby
I do family history as a hobby. My family is Ryan, on my fathers side and Smith on my mothers side. During this Smith research I learned a lot about the Smiths I could not have done and I was very impressed with the whole research. Perfect inevery way.
