Theft on the 30/31 of December made loads of calls then sent to a company call Brown sword very rude made you feel like a criminal no compassion at all at one stage when I spoke to them it came across that I was lying i made complaint I was offered a £75 good will gesture which I refused all I want is my claim sorted just had call today to say still being investigated no time frame given total unreliable not professional 2 months with out a vehicle and counting
More public transport costs they don't care stay away

ERS understood my problem and was quick to solve it.
Sharing appreciation for the company ERS. Admittedly I made a mistake with my claim in the beginning. However, after speaking with a wonderful colleague (J) she really listened and understood the predicament I was in. She was knowledgeable, warm, kind and a tremendous help throughout. They say you can’t find the staff well she’s definitely a keeper.
