Solo dopo aver eseguito acquisto on line regolarmente pagato, Eredi Pisano mi comunica che causa Covid 19 gli uffici sono chiusi e che, quindi, le consegne riprenderanno solo dopo la fine della emergenza.
Nessun avviso in tal senso sul loro sito dove tutto è rappresentato come se l'e-commerce fosse regolare.
Trattasi di merce invernale che non potrà essere da me utilizzata quando cesserà la emergenza presumibilmente in primavera inoltrata se tutto va bene.
Dopo il mio reclamo del 30 marzo, l'azienda il giorno successivo mi ha comunicato che rettificava la sua precedente con la quale mi ha comunicato di differire l'evasione del mio ordine al termine delle disposizioni COVID.
La merce è stata consegnata il 1 aprile.

Comperata una giacca blu dopo averla messa perde il colore e mi rovina la camicia fatta fare su misura, reclamato in quanto volevo i soldi indietro mi hanno risposto che non era possibile, dopo qualche mese mi danno la possibilità di tramutare i soldi spesi in altri acquisti, non ho accettato in quanto avevo comperato in precedenza anche i pantaloni rovinati dopo due lavaggi e un paio di calzini pagati 12 euro bucati in punta anche loro dopo due volte, quindi da lì ho capito che la robetta che vendono se la tenessero loro, così gli ho lasciato anche la giacca per la gioia degli Eredi Pisano'

Personale estremamente scortese e maleducato. Sopratutto da lincenziare immediatamente, o chiudere in una gabbia e buttare le chiavi, la Signora responsabile della cassa a via cola di rienzo.

I've been purchasing clothing from the Eredi Pisanò store in NYC for a few years and this was my first online order. Elamy Morales has been my salesperson since I started shopping there and she has a keen sense of style and a no pressure sales approach. I always feel like a million bucks when I wear EP apparel. It's fun to mix high style with casual wear and the quality of their clothing is made to last and look stylish for many years.

I have great experience with online shop, especially Barbara:). She send me info about sale and all information about products. Quality products are excellent.

I bought online a pair of shoes and their customer service contacted me to inform they were unable to supply it and proposed several solution included the reimbursement.
The fantastic thing was that they called me advising they found the solution to respect my order the day after.
Then they kept me advised of the step and before Christmas I received the shoes.
