What an awesome experience, had a great birthday

Great day, had lots of fun 💪

The areas where we play are really good and fun to play in

Quality experience with the family for my sons 11th birthday great fun and all staff are great

First time paint balling, absolutely loved it and would definitely come back.

This place is so bad that I didnt even end up going. First their prices are soo high compared to other places but thats not the worst of it. I called to make a provisional booking with the agent saying that he can hold the spaces for the next say when I am ready to pay. Then I call today to make the payment and they just gave the spots away! No customer service whatsoever. Don't ever come to this place there are many better ones.

I have come to discover that we have been scammed. I bought tickets through Epic Paintball Events at their stall in Reading High Street.

These tickets were purchased on the 11th of August 2026 at 11:40AM. Today I had called customer services to get a refund. Come to find out the tracking number inputted by the stall worker had infact been a tracking number for exactly two weeks back. Therefore, when trying to get a refund, they said it was not possible as the 14 day deadline for refunds has passed.

The malice behind the act of using a tracking number 2 weeks prior to the day the tickets were purchased is gross and extremely unprofessional. With the intent of blocking the possibility of a refund. I am, wholeheartedly, disgusted by this.

So much fun for ages 7 - 85 we took a group of young people out for the day and they absolutely loved it will defo be back

great venue, very well organisation of games, very friendly staff with loads of expirience and very helpful. thank you for a great day out.

This experience of paintball has been one of the bests, the paintballs splatter, my gun hasn’t jammed once and a good selection of maps.
