I'm very pleased with the service recieved from Enviroplanet and have been recommending them to interested friends and family since our install.

Mark assessed the house and explained the options clearly. He took into account aesthetics as well as performance when detailing our system. There was no pressure at all and he made sense of the various options.

Once we decided to go ahead the install (16 panels, 9.5kWh battery and Eddi) was completed within around 6 weeks, mainly waiting on DNO approval which was dealt with by Enviroplanet.

We opted for black panels and black bird mesh surround and it looks great on our slate roof (some installers are less keen to take on slate roof installs as it takes a bit more time to install).

Despite having a western-only array which is on the back of the house we have achieved up to 40kWh of generation in a day which I'm really impressed with.

Any followup questions have been dealt with promptly and Mark continues to be helpful.

I know from experience that not all solar install companies in the area provide this level of service.

I have no hesitation in recommending Mark and his team to anyone thinking about installing solar panels. Enviroplanet’s pricing and customer service are second to none.
I sought different quotes but Mark’s was easily the best and for identical equipment. He explains everything very clearly and is always available to answer any queries.

Our preferences and requirements were patiently discussed and the project easily understood. Soon after signing the contract we asked the expected impossible - to halve the lead time! The "office" rescheduled the same day! Installation was speedy and friendly. Since commissioning, inspection has confirmed all is working as expected. Well done and thank you.

Great customer service, swift installation, top quality components, and attractive price. Had a review on site one day after the initial call to the sales team that I'm interested to install solar panels and a power bank, 3 days later got a quote. Once the quote has been accepted, the installation date has been scheduled in 4 weeks. I'm giving them five stars only because it's impossible to give them six :)

I got a few quotes and decided on Enviroplanet as it had amazing reviews. Which were correct I later found.
From the initial home visit to completion was only a few weeks.
Everything was done professionally, tidily and competently.
I had a few issues at first but that was due my incompetence and was sorted out very quickly by just a few text messages to Mark.

Really happy with our new solar panels that were installed in October 22 and already seeing savings from this investment. Although we had to wait for the Eddi due to stock issues we are extremely happy with the service provided by Enviroplanet from the initial sale to the installation and aftersales. Being new to solar panels we had concerns about how the equipment worked however their representative came back to our home and went through it all. All of the installation team were very helpful and professional. I would highly recommend this company

The company has been very good to deal with, starting with Mark, who created to project, the ladies in the office Sarah and Rachel and not least the installation team, Ashley and Josh, who did an excellent job.
The project took longer than the company expected, due to me being the first recipient of the Givenergy 9.5kW battery (lack of cable) and the new version of Eddi, all due to global supply problems. Nevertheless we have made good use of solar power from the start in August and excellent use of reduced rate electricity with the battery. I would certainly recommend Enviroplanet for your solar project.

Having already had a salesperson visit and a quote from another company. Was looking for a second and third Quote. Mark Harvey from Enviro Planet gave me a lot more in-depth detail with simple-to-understand answers. His honesting filled me with enough confidence to give him the go-ahead there and then. From that point, everything he said would happen, happened.
The office is very efficient, with again plenty of information and any question answered.
Installation.
The office provides you with an itinerary from start to finish and it happened.
From the scaffold to the final commission the installation was never a problem. respectful, polite, clean, and a very professional job carried out by all.

Quick to respond from the initial enquiry though to the installation and commissioning. The whole job was completed, before one of the Nation Companies responded to quote for the work.
Mark the sales advisor came up with an excellent solution for the restricted south roof space using larger panels to make the most use of the space together with the 9.5Kwh battery which was larger than quoted by other companies. During December my electric bill was halved by being able to load shift (Using cheap rate night time tariff to charge the battery to using during the day).
The Quote was very competitive for the solution which is going to save a vast amount with the ever increasing electricity cost.
All the team and great to deal with and the installation was completed with the minimum of disruption to a high standard leaving every thing clean and tidy.

Not only were Enviroplanet the first company to respond to my enquiry about the suitability of Solar Panels for our kitchen extension, but they were patently honest. Their adviser, Mark Harvey, visited and explained in simple language, that I could understand, how solar panels worked but also what I should expect from an 8 panel installation on a roof whose orientation was not ideal. He was honest enough to say that he advised AGAINST an installation. This was because the expected return on the capital investment was, in his opinion, not worth it. How honest is that? No hard sell. Just efficient, straight forward and truthful. What more can anyone want?

Excellent experience in every way, Got 4 other quotes, but after weighing up all aspects Enviroplanet were the best suited to our needs. The deciding factors were all the others wanted to put in the east aspect of the roof, which would have been easier for the installer, but not from a generation point of view. Enviroplanet put the panels on the west and south aspect, with the battery wall mounted outside, they use all local tradesmen and answered all questions immediately. Would highly recommend,

We've just had our system installed with PV, Inverter, Battery and a PV diverter to push excess energy into the hot water system as much as possible before exporting to the grid. The people we dealt with, from Mark the salesman who sold us the system, Rachel and the girls in the office, the roofer - George [top man!!] who fitted the panels, down to Max and Kai who fitted the electrical side of things, including the GivEnergy inverter and battery, and commissioned it all were a pleasure to deal with and knew their stuff inside out - even the scaffolders were a hoot. We are seeing significant savings already - almost 3kWH today, the 15th of January! We're so glad we chose Enviroplanet. Thanks guys!
