I ordered 2,000 envelopes but made a slight error in the address, which I corrected via email. I received an immediate response and the goods were delivered promptly to the correct address.

After placing an urgent order for a mailing for a key customer of ours on the 10th of the month, I called on the 14th to find out why they had not been delivered. I was informed that the parcel had been lost by the delivery company, this in itself is understandable, however, I was also informed that had I not called I would not have been notified. The company said that they would re-despatch my order for delivery the following day. I received a call later that day to say that they did not have enough of the envelopes in stock and the lead time was 6 weeks for replacement. I agreed to take what they had available as it covered the first batch that I had to get out and I hoped that the missing delivery may turn up.

The small qty arrived on time but the others did not. I called a couple of days later to see what was being done, I was told 'nothing'. My client was now getting anxious and I needed to release mailer to post. I arranged an alternative envelope (which was questioned by the supplier due to being slightly dearer!) I explained that we had to have these as the job HAD to go out the following day. The fact that the previous delivery had been made on a pre 10am next day, meant that I did not question the feasibility of this.

The next day came, Thursday, by lunch time I had no envelopes, mid afternoon I called again to see if we could track the order. I got the same man that I had spoken to the previous day and he told me that the envelopes would not be with me until the following Tuesday or Wednesday due to a long bank holiday weekend. When I reminded him of my predicament and the urgency to release the mailing he began shouting at me down the phone telling me that the order could not have been expressed as I had called too late in the day to get the order on the overnight. If he had told me that the day before I would not have placed the order!! I raised my voice and reminded him that I was the customer and he should not be shouting at me, at which point he told me he would shout at me if he wanted to. Very nice customer service!

I received the envelopes the following Tuesday, 12 days after my initial order, the mailing went out (worldwide) late! Thank you World of Envelopes - Never again!

Placed an order on Friday pm and got to work next day to find they had been delivered.

The envelopes arrived in record time. I was a little disappointed with the colour of the blue tissue as it looked darker on the internet but it will do the job. I would get some samples next time.

The envelopes I ordered arrived within two days. They were securely packed in a strong box that protected them in transit and that I am now using to store them in.

Even better, although it was two years since my last order, my account was still there and the product still had the same reference code, unlike some companies that change their products almost daily.

I can't think of any way they could improve the service.

Having placed our order on line we then received and email explaining that the basic brown envelopes that we wanted were temporarily unavailable but white ones could be supplied in their place. We responded to say yes and the alternative white ones arrived by post the following day - excellent service.

So pleased I found this site while trawling google for large pillow envelopes. They had exactly what I wanted and postage was extremely quick and well packaged.
Will definitely be back for more.

I bought some cello bags before the 2pm cut-off time and they were delivered the next day by first class post in a strong cardboard mailer. I would definitely buy from them again.
