Ordered and paid in July – the parcel only shipped 58 days later, and one item was missing (I only got that money back through a PayPal claim). As an EU customer I withdrew from the purchase, which EU law allows for sale items too. entire studios refused the return citing their sale policy and hasn't replied since. EU customers: keep this in mind before ordering.

Made an order on the 16th of September, still not had word of it being shipped on 5th October. Paid a lot of money and had zero response to emails or messages on social media. I'm moving country in a week and a half so even if they post now, because it's coming from their ridiculous Hong Kong warehouse, I will not be able to receive it, and they have not got back to me on whether I can get my order delivered to my new address instead or refunded. Meanwhile keep getting emails saying things are nearly sold out etc from them. No idea how much money they must have floating around without shipping anything. Genuinely feels like some kind of scam. The products look great but do not order directly from them.

i ordered 2 shorts on 17th August directly from their web site, today is 05th October, the status of order says "we are preparing your order" , sent them 5-6 emails to info@ and complete silence, trying now to refund my money from the VISA. COMPLETE silence, this company are just spam, dont ever order anything. Honestly saying design is super cool, but you have a risk to loose your money and dont get the ordered items.

Same issue as the other people here. Ordered two items about a month ago, complete radio silence.. I live in LA, literally where they operate from, so shipping should not take this long.
Who knows when I will ever get my money back or my items even..? Also usually their quality is pretty basic, comparable to Zara, so if you don’t have to order from them, don’t!

I really like Entire Studios’ design, but their customer service is an absolute nightmare and completely unacceptably handled.
I ordered a shirt (Order #48377) that was delayed significantly during fulfillment due to warehouse issues. When it finally arrived in Germany on August 18th, the item was far too big. I officially requested a return on August 19th—literally the day after delivery, well within the mandatory 14-day EU right of withdrawal.
Since then, it has been total silence. They ignored multiple follow-up emails, and their automated system simply states that sending follow-ups delays response times. It has now been over 4 weeks without any response, return label, or return address provided.

With this unprofessional behavior they are harming their brand more than they realize. I would never buy from them again!

Months of silence, missing item and completely unacceptable customer service

I genuinely did not want to leave this review, but after reading the other Trustpilot reviews and seeing customer after customer describe the same experience, I felt I had to.

I placed Order #47113 in June. Shortly after receiving it, I contacted Entire Studios because several of the garments had a strong unpleasant odour and I wanted to arrange a return and refund. They initially acknowledged the issue and told me the items would be inspected and refunded if found faulty.

Then the communication essentially stopped.

I have emailed them repeatedly for over two months, asking a very simple question about the return and whether I would be reimbursed for the substantial international return shipping costs. I have received no proper resolution. I also later realised that one of the items I paid for — the grey long-sleeve — was never included in my parcel at all.

This is not a minor delay. They have my money, part of my order was missing, there is an unresolved complaint regarding the other items, and they simply do not respond.

Reading the other reviews makes this even more concerning because my experience is clearly not isolated.

I am now escalating the matter through my bank to recover my money and will be reporting the situation through the appropriate consumer channels.

For a brand charging these prices, this level of customer service is completely unacceptable.

I ordered a leather jacket from them 1.5 months ago. It was sent to the wrong address and then lost or sent back.

Since then, I’ve sent two emails and received no response, despite being told I’d hear back within 2–3 working days. It’s now been more than two weeks of silence.

As a result, I’ve started a claim against them

I ordered three items on July 12th. I reached out to them the first time on August 12th and asked for an update after I checked their site to confirm none of my items were pre-orders. It took them several days to respond but they did get back to me and told me some backstory and that my order would be shipped the following week with express shipping. It is now 3 weeks later and not only have I not received my order, they haven’t responded to the four emails I’ve sent asking for an update, or the instagram DM, or the the TikTok comment. The customer service is nonexistent at this point. I also am leaning towards thinking it’s a full blown scam cause I can’t wrap my head around a company blowing off so many costumers that have paid for something and are genuinely just seeking information when their orders haven’t made it in the timeline their company provided.

Update: Two of my items were shipped and my final item was not. Still no response from their team through the various channels I had attempted to contact them. I reached out to Affirm to try to dispute the charge for my final item. I started a case against and imagine my surprise when the status of the last item suddenly changed from “waiting for details” to “delivered on September 10th”. Apparently, the final item that was not included in the first package is now listed as being sent with the first package. 100% a lie. I did not truly believe that I could be more frustrated/disgusted by their business practices than I was up until this point, but I stand corrected. Please, please steer clear of Entire Studios. Their whole operation is a scam.

Received an item that is objectively defective. Contacted them for a replacement. They made an offer to exchange it but never sent an address or instructions to complete it. Do not trust.

The absolute worst place to buy from. I ordered a few pieces on July 20th and I emailed them several times about how it's been 11 days and inquired about the status of my order. I have yet to hear from Entire Studios and it's August 4th!! Don't purchase from them!!!

I bought a leather jacket that cost me 1988 Aus.
First I typed the wrong address for the delivery, so I contacted them through the email but have hear back for the entire week!
When I received my delivery, the package was unpacked and the jacket was only pack with plastic bag, tbh even Zara doing better packaging than entire studio.

When I received my order, I picked it up the from the fedex location (staples) near me. There was NO NAME on my order, which made it difficult for to get my order. I initially went to Staples on Saturday to get my order, employee at the desk said it wasn't there, even though fedex marked it as delivered. She instructed me to come back on Monday after 3pm. I came back on a Tuesday, discovered the reason why I couldn't receive my package at first was because there was NO NAME on it. Just my address and the tracking number. When I opened my order, one of the bags the clothes came in were already opened (i.e. there was a hole in it). I'm unsure why there is a luxury price tag on Entire Studios items if the items were already tampered with. Additionally, I ordered 3 items and only 2 of my items came. The other item was completely missing.

I should add, before the items shipped I asked to change sizes for one of the dresses, there was no response. Zero. Zilch. Nothing.

Due to their lack of response, I'm now worried I won't receive a prompt refund or have the item I originally ordered shipped to me at all.

If you really want to order here, keep in mind you'll have a lack of response from customer service or no response at all. Order 1 item at a time, as ordering more than 1 can cause them to miss part of your order completely.

Update: I reached out to their marketing team on instagram and only then, did the e-commerce team respond to me. The marketing team is super lovely, but shouldn't have to contact the e-commerce team to do their jobs. Every time I waited on a response I'd have to contact the marketing team, it was a bit ridiculous. I received a refund for the missing item only after a whole week had passed and after I jumped through multiple hoops.

Horrible Customer Service! I've never experienced a brand that charges so much for their merch to be so indifferent to customers. I bought an item. They ended up being too big. I let them know immediately and was told very deadpan that I needed to return it with a slip, etc. Fine. I sent it back immediately and provided the USPS tracking, confirming that it was received at their warehouse, just so they knew they had it. I got a cold response that it takes 14 days to issue a return.

I found the tone of the response a bit unfriendly and borderline passive-aggressive, but let it go. It is now 14 days, and I've heard nothing. I wrote to them saying, as a new customer, this is not feeling like the best experience. Their sole response was "It's actually 13 days. Should go through tomorrow." It wasn't 13 days. I literally counted on a calendar, but either way, this is how they respond??? So unprofessional, indifferent, and rude. Even though I openly accepted losing $41 for shipping (it does not cost that much to ship from California to my state), on top of the $22 I paid to send it back. I'm out of $63, but still stayed friendly, held up my end of the bargain, and they treat me as if I'm a nuisance while they're still in possession of my money. Never again.

Absolutely terrible! I bought a €450 dress for my stepdads wedding, as soon as i took it out the package the hem was poorly done and the material was atrocious! I was under the assumption that the dress would be a stretchy material given by the images, however, as soon as i tried it on it ripped, so if you’re curvy in any form don’t even bother! Not only that, it was impossible to get on and almost ripped again when trying to take it off as theres no zipper or buttons, and due to the fabric not being stretchy, you have to force it over your shoulders/hips. And just to top it all off, I cant even return it now because it ripped when I tried it on, AND I now dont have a dress for the wedding in a week :( WASTE OF MONEY!!!

I placed an order on December 2, 2025. It is now December 22nd and my item is still somewhere in Tokyo or China. You have to download the shop app just to track your order. I reached out to customer service on several occasions, and I get a generic response each time. One way for a business to go downhill is poor customer service, and long shipping times. I’m upping this issue to the better business bureau and my state attorney general, because talking to the entire studios customer service team is like talking to yourself.

Horrible customer service. I’ve now experienced ‘unexpected stock discrepancies’ two separate times, and every time I request a refund, they only issue a partial one. They charge for shipping even when nothing is shipped. Completely unprofessional. Stay away from them.

Horrible experience with the customer service and return. I've requested a return of the item due to the wrong size ordered. The return form was immediately sent to me along with the instructions and the address to return the item to. I've paid half of the item price for the shipment but the address they have provided is INVALID. And nobody responds my mails and provides the correct address. Now the parcel is sent back to me at my own cost. So, I lost full item price because ENTIRE STUDIO failed to provide the appropriate address to me. Horrible customer service for the US based company! What a shame! Do not recommend to buy their clothes directly. Most likely the experience would be better I I buy their stuff at shopping platforms....
