I am a fan. Both my partner and I thought we were having some kind of placebo effect when we started feeling energy immediately. It says you eat or put them in drinks. My barrier to algae has been taste, and these pills do not make a better taste—BUT you can simply swallow them, and they have the same effect of eating algae, without chewing or tasting. I am extremely pleased with this product. I take 10-12 per day, sometimes up to 30 if I plan a lot of physical activity. Like anything, you still need to sleep and get exercise, and this is a great supplement to go along with those things for max energy and endurance. It has taken my anti-inflammatory lifestyle to the next level.

This is the most disgusting product , the worst taste. Horrible, I had to throw it away . I’m sorry

I want to give this 5 stars because it seems to have all the right nutrients but the math isn't mathing. The small bag is supposed to be a 1 month supply(?) (30 day?) and the serving size and nutritional values are based on 30 bits which means approximately 900 bits per small bag. The bag provided 360 bits. This is not apples to apples. The package should say 1 month supply based on approximately 12 bits per day for total transparency. Instead it says a serving size can be whatever you want it to be. Not transparent at all. If i wanted 30 tablets a day it's not even close to a month supply. In all fairness I should hàve paid better attention or i could be missing where the math maths. Business get in trouble for this. Please change the wording or show me where I'm missing it. I still want to love this product to bits but buyer beware.

This company is so far overpriced it's rediculous..and in my attempt at healing bought it for years and wasted thousands. They charge $130 for a bag, same product and quality is $30 with all companies. They do things like say free shipping from time to time, but don't honor it and charge high shipping the rest of the time. I hate this company for ripping people off at that level.

I never received the shipment that was over $200. I was staying at a hotel for 3 months for work and my packages are always delivered to the front desk. It’s open 24/7. The delivery picture showed some warehouse and the package was left outside no where near the hotel and nowhere to be found. I sent pictures of the delivery and the hotel to show it looked nothing like the hotel. I wasted multiple hours emailing to get the same AI responses to check with a neighbor etc. I travel for work and had gone home and I explained I needed it shipped to a different place after waiting 2 months. They refused and shipped it to the hotel when I was no longer there. The hotel returned to sender. Then they said it was my responsibility to contact fed ex and I was on hold 45 minutes to be told that the actual client which was Energy Bits and they needed to contact them for the refund. I actually have to check to see if I was even refunded. If not I’m sure I’ll have to send multiple emails and get ridiculous AI responses as there is no phone number where you can actually talk to a person and it takes weeks for a real person to respond to your email. It’s a wonderful product but unfortunately the company is so poorly run I will never waste over 10 hours total again on ordering a product that they can not get to me. Worst service experience of my life.

I love fitness! I love running, lifting weights, pilates, and yoga. When I started using EnergyBit's chlorella supplements I noticed a difference after about 1 week of how quickly my recovery began. I also felt more energy. My endurance on my runs improved. I could lift heavier weights and not be so sore the next day. I would highly recommend to individuals who love staying active and are looking to recover faster. This is a total game changer.

This is the worst company with which I've ever done business. After reading all the reviews, I have the same problem everyone else does.They do not follow through with their orders or their promises. They just take your money and then drop you. I ordered the product almost 2 weeks ago and it's still sitting with a printed shipping label, but it never has left their location. I'm getting NO WHERE with their poor not so customer service.
These kind of people need to be put out of business and if you are smart, you will run as fast as you can and don't look back. Cathryn...what a pathetic legacy you leave!!!

I had a breast C diagnosis in 2021; decided not to do chemo, radiation….. as I’ve had 3 friends to do that route, were super sick and then passed. Saw Catherine and Energy Bits and tried many other brands first, but my hair was breaking off badly; I finally tried Energy Bits and hair did great; bought another brand, hair started breaking off again. I have not gotten on any monthly subscriptions, just buy it month to month as they offer 20 and 25% discounts all the time, so no issues with the company. Have also bought on Amazon if I need it in a hurry, but no discounts there. Have been on them now about 6 months and doing good.

They are terrible with their customer service. I emailed them directly after receiving my first shipment, letting them know. I will contact them for the second not to mail immediately. They sent me a confirmation email confirming the change. Afterwards they sent out another shipment charging my card saying that the second order was already placed before the cancellation. These people are horrible will not order from them any longer.

My bag was underweight. Zoe was extremely snarky but provided some help.

Never received my order. Reached out to customer service no response It's been a week now and injeep getting advertisements but ko actual response. I just want my refund back now. STAY AWAY THIS IS JUST ANOTHER FAD

Deceptive advertising. Ordered a "3 month supply" and the nutritional label has 33 servings. Unable to cancel until 2 billing cycles. Cheaper brands on Amazon

I was sent the wrong product, Recovery bits instead of Energy bits. They with receipt of my email including pictures , very quickly responded and quickly sent me the correct product . I also got to keep the first product and plan on trying that also. They have a great very responsive customer service. I have just started the Energy bits and do like it .

Overpriced and no health benefit whatsoever

Worst customer service I have encountered in a long time. I'm in Canada, ordered 4 weeks ago... they choose a carrier that was on strike... They switched to UPS. UPS sends my package to Bucharest! And They trying to tell me its probably the best route to get to me! Carrier are part of your responsabilities, not mine. You are as good as your last mile delivery, until it's in my hands and your responsability. I requested a refund ans cancellation order and they wont issue it. Been waiting for almost 6 weeks now and no movement, neither on m,y package or the company. It is ridiculous.
Own your process. Issue me a refund and cancel my order. Never will I ever refer this product.

I subscribe to Energy bit in the spring. I Experience stomach pain and cancel my subscription. In October, I get an email saying my shipment Is being processed. I immediately contacted them and asked they not be shipped as my subscription had been canceled months ago. I was informed it was too late and I had to mail them back,at my own expense, and when received they would refund me. I receive the package and mailed back the same day. UPS shows they received it on October 3. it is now November 11 and I haven’t gotten my refund or any contact from them, they were very hard to get a hold of and have terrible customer service.

The Energy Bits bad is smaller than the competitors and quite frankly you are not getting your money's worth with this company.
I am a Canadian and ordered them form Canada. I had to pay an additional fee $32.00 at the post office.
