I have used them for several years for my business energy, and a recent poor gas installation experience by a third (and I think there was a fourth) party has been handled professionally by Liam @ EAL. He has had our best interests at heart and a lot of other companies could take a leaf out of their book. Well done! It also makes my life easier as any other similar company that calls now, I can just say never mind, EAL have my back :-)

When renewing our 3 year contract it became apparent that a reduction in electricity consumption due to investing in energy conservation measures precluded a proposed renewal with our current supplier. Matt found an attractively priced 24 month contract from an alternative supplier.

I've recently renewed my energy contracts through Energy Advice Line for my business and was very impressed with the excellent service I received from the consultant! He was very knowledgeable about the products he was selling and offered great rates and most of all was very patient with me which meant a great deal to me as renewing contracts can sometimes be quite daunting. Highly recommended!
