Top notch equipment and staff
The gym is a great place to work out with up-to-date equipment and friendly professional staff. There is help available and clear ‘induction’ for new members. The classes I have attended are very good, but, sadly, with only one small studio often cramped! However, the gym itself is spacious and for those who want a comprehensive workout everything is there.

Great, reasonably priced gym that caters for everyone
Great, reasonably priced gym. Enough equipment to meet demand even at busy times. Always clean and tidy. Friendly and approachable staff. As a woman it can sometimes be intimidating going to the gym - especially in the gym section but I have never had a bad experience here! Absolutely every ability level is catered for as well. Highly recommend 😄

Very new/clean with great selection of weights and machines and plenty of space, would of given it 5 stars but slightly disappointed there is only x1 flat bench press, could do with 1 more!

The equipment is modern and there is plenty of choice.

All the team have been very friendly
All the members of the gym team have been very friendly, and the gym and facilities are very clean. The only reason that I have not given 5 Stars is because of the problems with audio and the air-conditioning in the Studio for the first couple of weeks of my membership, but the air-con was fixed for the class yesterday.
