Three stars for the great facility and staff. However, the classes are disruptively loud, and heavy gear like rowing machines is consistently left out on the second floor afterward, taking up valuable space and making the area unusable for CrossFit and Boxing Body Works.

Amazing place, perfect classes, a lot of good equipment and new machines.
The staff is lovely and so professional, they are pushing you forward and corecting if you are not performing some excercizes good which is great for you to learn and upgrade.

A few more options for hand accessories for the cable machines, possibly more water fountains on the floor, other than that, it’s great.

Tallaght - Good equipment and plenty of space. The only issue for me is that the gym could use more air conditioning throughout the building, especially during busy times.

Being there for a couple of weeks now. Loving the atmosphere, the setup is cool. The classes are awesome, the equipments are new. Big space, have been there after work, in the morning, you will always get one you are looking for.

Absolutely shocking customer service, staff avoiding answering calls and instagram messages the last 3 days when looking for help to cancel my membership since there is no option on the app or website to do it yourself

Today, my white pair of Nike shoes was stolen from the changing room. What's even more concerning is that it's a shared changing area for both men and women. I always leave my shoes in the same corner because I head straight to the gym from work and prefer not to keep them in a locker.

I was genuinely shocked when I couldn't find them. I immediately went to the manager, but instead of showing any empathy, he simply said, "It's not my problem. You should have kept them in a locker."

That response was really disappointing. The bigger issue is that someone is actually stealing shoes from a gym. I've been coming here for a long time, and nothing like this has ever happened before.

Gym is OK, equipment is decent. That said I can't I can't understand:
- Why the air conditioner seems to be not working, even in very warm days;
- There is no information on how to use the Wifi;
- There is no water fountain on site!

Good gym but not if you are a beginner. I have been in the gym a 10 years now and I recently joined this gym as I thought the staff were friendly and equipment was good. I am quite a nervous person so I asked my boyfriend to ask one of the staff members to help move the distance on the glute extension machine because we were struggling to move it and we were told “no, he is on his break” even though he was training someone beside the glute extension so it would have taken less than a minute to show us how to move it. Made me embarrassed and not wanting to ask for help again, not very nice especially if that was your first time in the gym and wanting to learn how to use this equipment as all of the machines are new.

I joined new Energie gym in Tallaght only recently and I absolutely love it. Everything is new, works very good, everyone is super helpful and because gym is on 4 different levels it's never too crowded. There's so many machines, weights and everything else you need for your training and exercises.

Im a plus size woman, and as just that I found it hard to find a gym I liked, I'd go and try different ones and just make myself feel rubbish over how I was treated it was like no plus size people were made for the gym but that was until I joined energie fitness, I feel happy going here, I feel exhausted leaving lol but I feel like its one for the people, truly and they have the most amazing trainers to always help. Julia for me especially has made the gym feel like a safe place. So if your reading this pop down to the friendliest gym in town. Loving my journey there and I hope you will too.

Nice lay out - good facilities

It's a great chilled place, no music blaring the minute ya walk in. Very clean and tidy. Just 1 thing, could do with some way to sanitise the machines before we use them. But it's a great no pressure gym 😊

This is the best gym I’ve ever went to the staff are very nice and kind to people like the gym just gives me more motivation to push myself to the fullest and to never give up and achieve my goals

Just joined last night signed straight up for the year after the walk around staff couldn't be more helpful great range of equipment place was spotless which is a must if they keep these standards up and dont let the place get messy or dilapidated i will be a member for life looking forward to many a training session here 5 stars all the way so far💪

To be honest, gym is great overall and I like it. But there is some space for improvement. For example, you need different handle bars for cable machines for back excises, and on the main gym floor you don't need that many stands, better installed extra cable machine, and it would be perfect. It would be nice if trainers get involved more. I get that you pay extra for personal trainer but if you see someone doing exercise not right, simple guidance, friendly communication would go along way.That's only my opinion, thanks.
