Energie Fitness is definitely the place to go to
Energie Fitness is definitely the place to go for your fitness needs. The gym is clean, tidy and well equipped, with great process in place during this awkward COVID phase. The staff are friendly, approachable and extremely knowledgeable. There is a great selection of extra classes available which are easy to book and at the moment quite small.
I would definitely recommend this gym as a go to place.

Why do i love Énergie Fitness Hampton Hill?
Why do i love Énergie Fitness Hampton Hill? It’s a fantastically friendly gym, staff are always polite and are on hand for anything you need. I got some great advice from Alfie on my induction day and it’s got me off to a perfect start. The equipment is first class and the latest up to date available too, you can watch your Netflix favourites while doing your cardio if you want, i love that 🤣 very happy here.

Love this Gym ..
Love this Gym ... very clean wipe dispenser’s available throughout the gym ... good booking system so that the gym is not crowded... the staff is very helpful and kind 😊

Best gym, best staff. Warm and welcoming, very clean
I have been coming for a little while now. The gym is clean and has fantastic equipment, the staff are just so lovely always happy to see you. I have also acquired a personal trainer he is amazing with a capital A, very well priced and worth every penny. I have been to a few gyms this one I will be remaining at.
