Very friendly and helpful staff.
I especially like the swimming pool and the saunas. The place looks clean and welcoming.

Could do with more free weights but otherwise the gym is great the staff are very friendly and helpful

I love that Energie gym has a pool , a sauna and a steam room

Nice and tidy everywhere the water on the showers and the pool has the right temperature and on the steam and sauna as well....!

Good gym for me as a runner, as it has abductor and calf machines along with all the other usual machines. Swimming pool a little small at 18m but has sauna, so weigh up the pro’s and con’s.

I have been going to Energie in East Grinstead for about 9 months. The staff are very friendly and always say hi. I do mostly fitness classes which I enjoy very much, the instructors are supportive and caring, lovely people.

Good condition for people who choose to came hear , it’s very clean all the time and the team that works with the public is very professional. Thank you 🙏

I enjoyed swimming in your pool mainly for health and excercise as I'm usually sitting a lot for my work.
Your facilities are good, with plenty of room for getting changed, for showering, and storage.
I would have liked another ladder into the pool as I sometimes had to go under the ropes to go to the side where the ladders are...there could be a ladder on both sides.
The pool is an ideal size and temperature.
I enjoyed swimming there very much, and always felt relaxed and rejuvenated afterwards. I would really recommend swimming as a therapeutic, enjoyable and healthy way to excercise. I now just love getting into the pool! And feel great afterwards!

I’ve recently joined and can’t fault the club. They are genuine and welcoming. They take a real interest and have remembered my name from day 1…..I don’t know how they do it!!

Staff are professional and friendly.
The club has a relaxed atmosphere which is good.
The wet side is excellent.
Good value and would recommend it to others.

Very friendly staff made me feel welcome. Also the participants in the class were very inclusive inviting me to coffee after the class!

I love the Pilate classes with Iris and the aqua gym.
