Happy with progress at gym
Happy with progress at gym. Always a good atmosphere. Usually get to use choice of equipment. I don't often ask for help but when I've asked staff are happy to answer. I wish I started to go to gym before as was expecting it to be harder to get into.
So yes I'd recommend.

Perfect for me
As a previously reluctant gym user, I’m now a 2-3 times a week enthusiast. I plug in my wireless headphones and get on! There is no fuss and I’m surrounded by a range of people with a range of hopes and aspirations. I use the rowing machines, bikes, treadmills and weights and this is working perfect for me.

A value for money gym with no frills
A value for money gym with no frills. Good instructors for classes and staff that give help when needed.
Only downside classes get booked very quickly and people don't cancel nor turn up which leaves bikes free for spin but unused. Hopefully the new system will overcome this.

Love the club
Love the club, mostly always clean (or can be seen to being cleaned!)
My only gripe is that it would be nice sometimes for the staff to pop over & have a little chat with you, maybe offer advice or assistance.

I think énergie fitnesses is great but can get too busy
I think énergie fitnesses is great with staff around if you need help and a friendly atmosphere, but it can be frustrating when the equipment you want is in use I do wonder if the space could be used better like the seating area no one uses could fit some extra equipment in maybe.

Helpful Staff
The Manager and his staff are extremely helpful - I am not able to do any lower body work at this time and it was arranged for one of the staff to take me through the upper body exercise equipment until I can get back to full exercise. I am enjoying the upper body exercises that have been shown to me - and my back and arms are looking good -thanx to all very much - June

Low standards
Toliets are always dirty. Needs upgrading. Freezing cold in changing room also. IHeard from other memebers Complaints about the wear and tear on battered pads for machines wont be replaced told by staff as they are holding out for the refurb? Not very loyal to existing customers.
