I have been very disappointed with the handling of my solar contract. Promises have not been fulfilled, zero communication, delayed install. I was told if I recommend friends for a solar meeting, I would get a year of free solar (has not been fulfilled). The friend I ended up recommending had his solar installed 2 months before my Install. I would not recommend this company to anyone, as the friend I recomended also is experiencing same communication issues.

So far great customer service but install has not been done yet

I have had a difficult time getting responses from the Encor reps.

Encor Solar had a great package deal that I was sold on. Everything was explained very well. Things moved fairly smooth, it does take a while for everything to be put on from the new meter to the panels and power being run, but that's to be expected. I believe that Encor actually under sold how many panels I needed so after the initial panels were placed up I decided I needed 4 more to be on the safe side. That's when my issue started. It was like pulling teeth to get them to come back out and place 4 more panels. Week after week I would call and be told they would be coming out soon and then I would hear nothing so I would call again and again and again. I finally got in touch with someone up high in the ranks and still took another week to get some answers. To me it seems once I bought the original panels I was hooked and then after it didn't seem like they cared. So for all the initial stuff I give 4 stars, but after I would only give 2 stars

They were very honest about telling me that the trees around my house did not make it a good candidate for solar power.
Appreciate their honesty and would call again for a different house

They have been very informative through the whole process and made it go as quickly and smoothly as possible.

When I decided to cancel, I was told I had to pay a $2500 cancellation fee. This was Not discussed at the time of signing up so I was blindsided by this. I am going to file a formal complaint with the BBB and the Attorney General. Debt collectors are calling my house constantly.
I DO NOT recommend doing business with them and their contractors /vendors.

Who the heck is Encor Solar and why am I being asked to rate them? I have no idea how good or bad they are. For asking me for their recommendation, the best i can give them is one star.

Had to fight to get what was promised in the sign up process. Had to to stay on everyone to keep job on track. Was supposed to take 60 days. Took over 120 days to complete. Took a week to get all panels talking to each other. System not producing 85% output as promised. Contacted company and I was informed with reports it was working as it should but, still not a stated in selling process. I will not recommend encor in the future and would suggest another company if you still want solar.

They tell you you are all set up after taking all your information and you don't hear from them again.
I hope they don't try to take any funds for something they never provided.

Your production warranty your customer service and everything about your company is a joke. Worst decision ever

They still have not installed everything yet they took my money months ago. Reschedule after deley after reschedule and yet still months later nothing has happened. Took at least 3 months just to get panels on my roof now they sit there doing nothing because electric is not run

Rep was friendly and helpful. He answered all my questions.

Contractor was a no show to both inspections (failed the first one because of it as inspector was upset no one was there). Communication was abysmal and pricing was at the extreme top end compared to others. I would never ever recommend or work with this company again

The time that has been taken to complete the job. Once the workers showed up to the house for an inspection without sending a message they were coming. That’s was fine after the dogs stopped barking being we just got off work at 3 AM and them showing up at 8 AM. Overall the pace of the job for the workers has been great just a better communication for being flexible on schedule basis. August 3 was the sign date for the whole project to begin I was told a good 45 days later the system would be complete. With the installation taking this long the first solar system payment and a 100% power company will be due .... every day the system is not up and running, it is costing my household money. Please hurry up and complete the installation.

So far so good! Solar panel installation date is set in just over a week so we’ll see how everything goes from there!

Encor Solar has been very helpful throughout the process. Dave has been available to answer questions I’ve had and explained step by step what was happening. Although the process has taken longer than expected, we are extremely happy with our decision to go with Encor Solar

No me dieron información correcta como sería el proceso, no tuve otro contacto más que sólo con el vendedor, los plazo que dieron para que el sistema fuera operativo no fueron reales, después de 2 meses aún no tengo energía solar y ya estoy pagando el préstamo y el Bill de electricidad. Ademas la compañia freedom daño una pared interior y aun so se quien la va a reparar. Muy más servicio.
