Glad to here nothing has changed sine I had one 3 years ago always sending false alerts but never caught my tonic clonics or my absences like it said it will and all this pleasure for an extra £25 a month always disconnected from the Bluetooth unless my arm was right next to the watch luckily enough I had a subscription via direct debit so cancelled that so they couldn't take any more money from me

Ordered this watch for my son.
It took months to arrive from overseas.
The watch had a false alarm and then after about 6 weeks it just stopped working. Contacted the company
They asked me to send it back with a UPS tracking number (this number doesn’t work)
and was sent back to me as returned to sender and gave me no reason it was sent back. Now I have a watch that doesn’t work and I can’t return. Cost me about $400 AUD.
Also have tried 6 times to cancel the app subscription but they still keep charging.
And they still keep

This company is a fraud and this device does not detect seizures only rapid movements of the body. Thats when it connects which it rarely does. Customer service is non existence and a no refund policy shouldve been a red flag.

I have been trying for three months to cancel my account as it is no longer needed and I am still being charged. I am tired of dealing with this, but they can't get their act together to cancel one account!

a beautiful and good fraud, they leverage people who want to help those who live this drama, after 262 US dollars no tracking emails. no response to the numerous emails. damn bstxxxxx

Buyer beware! The device doesn't work, customer service is zero and the company will refuse to refund you your money!
Do yourself a favor and look elsewhere
If you purchase this device you will be ripped off and you will be sorry for sure.

I have been trying to contact them for a week. no response. I am unable to cancel my subscription per their instructions on their website. They automatically charged me $199.00. I want to cancel and I can not and based on the info on the website I will not be refunded the $199.00 That is a lot of money and it looks like they intend on continuing to charge me because there is no way to cancel.

The customer service is very nice and helpful. Unfortunately, the product is not. Not only did it malfunction and need to be replaced three times in seven months, but it never detected a single seizure of mine. It only detects grand mals after you are seizing when it’s too late to help. There is no way to activate it when you have an aura, and deactivating it when it’s set off by mistake can be very, very hard.
It burned my arm where the sensor was and it took several days to heal. I told the company about it, and they refused acknowledge that it happened.
I am planning to switch to a company that allows me to activate their device when I have an aura.

When it's connected it's good. Connects via bluetooth. Disconnects constantly so have to sleep with my phone next to me or it disconnects, can't sleep with my arm under the cover as it disconnects. Supposed to have a ten foot radius!. Can't be more than a foot a way as disconnects. I have nocturnal epilepsy, this devise keeps me up as it constantly disconnects. Don't waste your money.

Excellent craftsmanship would highly recommend.

Absolutely useless!!
The device does not detect seizures. It sent 10 false alerts in a row and then when a seizure really did happen I was sent no alert.
The device then continued to remain as memory full and would not clear.
Support helpline not interested in arranging refund but more interested in asking how to improve the device. I have requested a refund 4 times now and have been ignored. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY AMD UNRELIABLE PRODUCT THAY DOESN'T WORK

Never ever order a watch from here. They do not work! They then refuse to offer you a full refund !!!

stiamo parlando di un orologio che dovrebbe riconoscere gli attacchi epilettici sfortunatamente i produttori (probabilmente per denaro) giocano con la vita altrui, forniscono (dopo pagamento di 172 euor!) un orologio con il bluethoot 1.0 (traduco: con il bluethoot più scarso del creato) e adesso pretendono o 9,90 o 19,90 o 44,90 euro al mese per fornire il servizio. inoltre ci hanno messo un anno (365 giorni) per fornire la geolocalizzazione che funziona basandosi sul cellulare quindi assolutamente l'orologio non è stato migliorato. altra informazione utile è il fatto che alle mail non rispondono concretamente
