From the off the service was second to none. Within an hour or so of me submitting the online enquiry I received a call from Corey. The Technicians were at the address within a couple of days, and the clearout started a couple of days after that. I actually thought that this was too good to be true ! The team of Tia, Liam, Phaedra, Chris and Carly were exceptional - professional and probably most importantly, sympathetic and non judgmental.

Following a difficult few days with my parent being ill,I needed the services of a biohazard cleaners.
Thankfully I contacted Emergency clean. They were brilliant, gave me a price and kept to it, booked me in within a few minutes, sent a text just before arriving and have cleaned the bedroom so you would not know it had needed it. The whole house also now smells clean and fresh. Such a weight of my mind. Do not hesitate if you need this service, they are so professional.

'Emergencycleanuk' were able to come out quickly and the task was carried out efficiently, and quickly and courteously. Everything was explained and dealt with, we did not have to lift a finger. It was all done for us from start to finish, the first phone call through to quote and sending us the licences he had to carry out the task and arriving on the day to clearing up when completed.

I found myself needing a hoarders clean for my property that had been neglected by it's resident and had suffered quite a severe leak from the kitchen plumbing and ruined the units and floorboards.
I contacted numerous agents that provided hoarders clearances and Corey gave me the most confidence in instructing his company to take on the job. There was no running water available at the property because of the leak as mains had to be turned off but the team came equipped with their own water and managed to do as good a job as what was possible in the circumstances. The team worked efficiently and professionally and were very respectful of the situation.
I needed to use the company again for a more extensive clean in bathroom and WC downstairs that contained some biohazard waste and again they worked professionally and efficiently and removed everything safely.
