I am not happy with my last experience, Usually hire from Elliotts Cheetham Hill branch all previous have been superb. I understand Saturday mornings can be busy however we were told to sit outside(cold day) because we had not prebooked, considering there were seats/space inside available i didn't see the reason why we had to go outside. I did raise this concern with the supervisor he had his reasons, I believe as a customer we can be treated better pebooked or not and there is no reason to make people wait outside as these can send the wrong message considering we living in the 21st century. One customer who saw this unfolding actually approached us whilst we were sitting waiting outside and she wasn't happy as well had to tell her not to worry about it, told here I didn't have the energy I just wanted to hire the car and be on the way. The only reason I didn't look for another car hire like Enterprise (not so far) is because Cheetham Hill branch is so convenient to me. If this can be addressed would be happy considering i been there hiring since 2020 without prebooking and the last time. I tried prebooking they hanged the phone/or call dropped but will give them benefit of the doubt hence I prefer coming in person. plenty room for little improvement.

Great staff professional , informative, approachable and made sure we knew all the t and Cs. Would use these before any others in Manchester. Competive prices no hidden fees and does what it says on the tin. We dealt we Sibrah who was a gem throughout and the manager was a top bloke as well. Thanks team Elliotts..

The staff, ALL of them, are so helpful, polite, accommodating, professional & VERY patient. They guided me through the process and delivered on all their promises, taking the stress out of collecting a big kitchen 200 miles away. I will never look at hiring from any other rental company...ever. Thankyou Elliotts for such good old fashioned service in these rushed modern times.

I've used loads of rental companies and these guys are without a doubt the best I've ever used. Loads of choice and the staff are great. Dealt with Sidrah and the boss Zaff. Both are extremely friendly and professional. Recommend them 100%

Scam artist. Dont insure vechile even though they charge thier customers for it and still send thier vechiles out on the road. Completly low lives scamming

Just hired a van for the weekend (which I have done many times) Dealt with Lauren from the Manchester office and felt strongly enough to write a review. Her manners and customer service were absolutely outstanding, made it a pleasure dealing with the company

I like how mo helped me look for the right car for me and put me as the customer first which is how a business should be ran, he was very polite and selfless and helped me to the best of his ability

The process was comprehensive because I was a first time customer.
The staff are very friendly and efficient, the agent who I dealt with when collecting and returning the vehicle was 'Mo.' Very polite and professional. Overall a good experience and I would recommend the company.
