Actually the worst tool we have used in our business to help with hiring. We took our hiring process which normally took 2 weeks, and we used it for ~6 months and werent able to succesfully onboard a single candidate. they take away all the "boring" parts of hiring, but it overscreens candidates and you willbe left with ~10% of the candidates you pay for. we actually quit using it and hired 2 people in 7 days with indeed again after stopping our service with them. They outsource all the work to cheap VA's in Asia. I will say the VA's are really nice, but all of your issues will be handled by VA's. they charged me for 3 months I didnt use them, and coincidentally "forgot" to tell me I ould pause my service, and when I stopped the service of 6mo, They made sure to charge an extra $1000 because the contract had it in the fine details. If you want to halt your businesses growth, and waste 1000's of dollars, this is the best service you can use, but if you want to grow your business and hire better, then RUN!
