AVOID - totally dodgy. Items take ages to arrive and when they do they are substandard quality. This company is in China not London. It costs a fortune to return unwanted items so you end up having to keep and lose your money! The shoes I bought looked great online but in reality they are cheap and nasty - only fit for the bin :( they were circa £50 too. Complete scam!!!!

They sent my partner the wrong size shoes then offered a discount not to return them. As she couldn't change the size of her feet she refused and was told to send them back to China at our own cost. Absolutely disgraceful service

I concur with other reviews. DO NOT a purchase anything from this company. I have had to ask 6 times for a refund and referenced the UK Consumer Contracts and EUConsumer Rights Directive . Finally I have received the returns address in China. I am hesitant to send back the dress as I am not confident that I would receive the promised full refund and will incur considerable shipping costs to do so. The quality of the item received was very poorly printed, wrong fabric, wrong design and colour, no care, manufacture or fabric content labels . The dress arrived in a plastic bag and was extremely creased. It certainly wasn’t “beautifully packaged “or in perfect condition as stated on the web site.
When requesting a refund I received a series of offers of discount against a further purchase and with the 5th offer it was explained to me that they would need to deduct costs for marketing, manufacturing and picking fees therefore I would only receive a 30% refund after these costs. The Consumer Contract protects consumers and suppliers are not allowed to offer anything less than the purchase price.
In summary please do not purchase anything for this website.

I ordered a pair of size 7 shoes, which are usually a size 40/41. They took over two weeks to arrive and I received a size 42. The buckle on the strap was off centre rather than at the side so looked terrible. I requested a return but heard nothing from them. Avoid if you can.

Typical scam company, I ordered shoes, looked beautiful on the picture, stinking cheap stuff arrived, also too big for me, no customer service at all, I sent 5 emails requesting a refund - no reply at all to any of them. Avoid!!!!!

I tried to give a 0 for this appalling company. The dress arrived 21 days after the order, the material is atrocious, the sizing incorrect, I wouldn’t even try to sell this on Vinted, it’s gone in the bin. Another rip off company.
AVOID - the lovely pictures of the clothing DO NOT resemble what you receive in any shape or form. This company should not be trading.

Please avoid this ompany waste of money and looks like a scam.

I ordered heals with leopard print in the soles of the shoes… I got plain heals with a different shaped heal style.. the material smells of chemicals and the style of the shoe wasn’t what I ordered. I emailed the customer service asking for a refund and haven’t heard back from them. You don’t even get an auto response… cheap and waste of money.

Scam and no way to contact them unless you email…. Which seems to not be monitored

This company is terrible you think you are buying in the uk but really it all comes from China . If it arrives ? I have ordered some shoes 2 weeks ago as yet nothing as arrived.

Please do not order from this company!! It is a total scam. IF I was able to rate this company a '0'. ..score -that would be too much! I placed an order for a Winter Coat - that was on Sale. I had seen the coat being advertised previously and decided to take advantage of the sale offer. HUGE MISTAKE! I actually received a CARDIGAN!! Basically I paid over the odds for an item that doesn't exist! I'm disgusted that companies are able to get away with essentially lying to consumers in this way! The photo of the owners look legitimate( both British woman posing in Belgravia) - clearly these woman do not exist!!! ... if they do they should be investigated by the CPS!
