Scammer and liar
I bought their essence oil. Waited for two months with no tracking nor delivery. I emailed them for status. They replied a bogus delivery confirmation tag. No tracking link, no indication who was the carrier.
I wrote down the tracking number to check with USPS, FedEx, UPS, DHL & etc. It appears it’s a nonsense number.
I then contacted my credit card company to fie a dispute. Te company then email me asking me to cancel the dispute and they will issue me the refund. LOL! If they lied about the tracking number, will they keep their promise for the refund while I cancel the dispute.
It took me 3 months to get the refund from my credit card company, not from the vendor. Therefore, don’t buy from this company, period!
Ps. Per Citi Card’s record, this company is located in Hong Kong/China.
