The star isnt based on service as I've not had any. The star is based on ability to contact. Given I've called numerous times no answer on phone or ability to leave message. I've used the enquiry form several times no response. So I'm wondering if the reveiws commending are genuine or if the contact information including the site forms are operational and correct. Additional to response from 30.7. Thank you for that however I had emails from trustpiplet on the day of reveiw stating that you attempted to get the comments removed under deformation. When maybe the response to the reveiw would have been better if indeed it was the case
