Very disappointing experience with Elibol VIP

Unfortunately, our experience with Elibol VIP was very poor.

The transfer on the way to our hotel was already handled in a very chaotic way. Communication was unclear and the whole pickup process felt badly organized.

For our return transfer to the airport, things became even worse. We contacted them more than 24 hours in advance to confirm the pickup time, because obviously we needed to make sure we would arrive at the airport on time. Instead of giving us a clear answer, they kept sending vague and unhelpful replies and eventually basically stopped communicating properly altogether.

When you book a VIP airport transfer, you should be able to rely on the company to communicate clearly and arrange everything professionally. Especially for an airport pickup, customers should not have to keep chasing the company just to find out whether and when they will be picked up.

In the end, we did not trust Elibol VIP enough to risk missing our flight, so we booked another VIP transfer company for the journey back to the airport.

Based on our experience, the organization is chaotic and the communication is seriously lacking. I would recommend looking elsewhere if you want a reliable and stress-free airport transfer.

DE: Hände weg von diesem Unternehmen (Buchungs-ID 10513)! Wir hatten bei „Shuttle Board“ gebucht, gefahren wurden wir von „ELIBOL VIP“ – was, wie wir später über WhatsApp beweisen konnten, exakt dieselbe Firma ist. Unser Albtraum begann 5 Minuten nach Abfahrt vom Flughafen Antalya. Wir bekamen eine Nachricht vom Flughafen, dass wir versehentlich den falschen Koffer eingeladen hatten. Wir baten den Fahrer sofort, umzukehren. An einer Tankstelle rief er seine Zentrale an und zeigte mir danach sogar eine Nachricht auf seinem Handy-Display: „Gepäck vergessen“. Er wusste also zu 100 % Bescheid! Statt aber umzukehren, grinste er nur, fuhr stur weiter und irrte dann noch 30 Minuten völlig ortsunkundig herum, bis wir weit nach Mitternacht am Hotel ankamen. Dort folgte die eigentliche Abzocke: Die Zentrale machte uns über das Handy des Fahrers das "Angebot", uns für unverschämte 100 € zurück zum Flughafen und wieder zum Hotel zu fahren. Eine absolute Erpressung in einer Notsituation nachts (der reguläre Transfer kostete 45 €)! Als wir ablehnten, versuchte der Fahrer frech, unser Wechselgeld (5 €) einzubehalten und gab es erst nach Einschreiten des Hotels zurück. Wir mussten am nächsten Tag 90 € für einen anderen Transfer zahlen. Die Firma ignoriert jegliche Kontaktaufnahme. Bucht woanders!

Avoid this company at all costs (Booking ID 10513)! We booked via "Shuttle Board" and were driven by "ELIBOL VIP" – which we later proved via WhatsApp to be the exact same company. Our nightmare started 5 minutes after leaving Antalya airport. We were informed by the airport that we had accidentally taken the wrong suitcase. We begged the driver to turn around. He stopped at a gas station, called his dispatch, and even showed me a text on his phone saying "Luggage forgotten" in German. So he fully understood the issue! Yet, he just smirked, refused to turn back, and drove us to the hotel (getting lost for an extra 30 mins). Arriving well after midnight, the real scam began: Dispatch demanded 100 € over the driver's phone to drive us back to the airport to swap the bags. Pure extortion in an emergency situation (the original ride was 45 €)! When we refused, the driver even tried to steal our change and only gave it back when hotel staff intervened. We had to pay 90 € for another transfer the next day. The company completely ignores all complaints. Do not book with them!
