Love this Serum have tried others but keep coming back to this one

An outstanding product (Neroli & Rose Damask Hand & Body Wash) from elemental herbology and great service.

Excellent service. Fabulous products.

When I ordered my product on July 26th I was informed that it would take 3-5 business days to arrive with me. As of the 6th of August I am yet to receive my parcel despite having received a request to review the company. I contacted the company on August 2nd requesting a shipping update for my parcel and while i understand it was a Friday and therefore it may not have been attended to right away, i am yet to receive any updates for the parcel or to the email as of writing this review on august 6th. I have sent a further email of enquiry for this product to a different email address this company provides on their website. Exceptionally disappointed as I have purchased many of their products from different websites before and know they are of good quality so decided to purchase directly from the manufacturer. I know in the future to not order directly anyway.

Still waiting for my order 2 weeks later and no reply from email sent, not good customer service considering the price of the products.

My order was prompt and recieved exactly when stated.
