Just tried to order some lamps for next day delivery, got to the payment page and then decided to call them to check what method they use for deliveries and what time the next day delivery could be expected. The guy I spoke to told me the items were not actually in stock and this was clear by a note saying 'please call for stock availability' below the 'add to basket button'. I had not notice this at all, and nothing had stopped me adding items to my basket and go through to payment and had I not called I would have ordered them expecting them to arrive the next day, only they would never had arrived as they were out of stock!
When I said this was a bit unclear and they should block the ability to add items out of stock to customers basket and pay for them, his only comment was 'well it is not like that, did you want to order something else' No apology and no indication of when stock was available. Not great customer service and not great web site design if you can order stuff that is not actually in stock. I will find my lamps somewhere else!

After a very helpful exchange of emails I purchased a microphone for our club which worked perfectly when we tested it, the "proof of the pudding" will be at our next full members meeting.

Ordered on 12 March still no parcel on 20th not a massive order but not the point can't even get through on the phone

Bought lamps, waited 2 weeks for delivery, never arrived, Electro Supplies then tried to tell me that they probably got broken in transit and will not send another set on (despite the fact that there was no evidence that didn't just get lost) and they refunded me causing me to lose money on the whole traansaction as I bought from a Euro zone and I was then refunded in STG which made me lose money, they were a hazard to deal with and didn't enter into any negotiation to refund me adequately for my loss. Never again, they are a company that I purchased from in good faith and they didn't deliver the goods, BEWARE

Received my order on time. Gave me a call few minutes after order to say my item was out of stock but offered me a suitable replacement.

Amp arrived in double-quick time. Super little unit, no noise, no crackle, works well. Be aware that Mic 1 input mutes CD/Aux Inputs only and has a Vox mute as well as manual mute.
Looks good so far.

Excellent advice, led me to exactly what I would need, very fast delivery and suited requirements perfectly (a global webinar meeting being broadcast online to 800 people and simultaneously to a room of 100 people).

Wee have been very pleased with the quality of the PA equipment we ordered. The initial customer support we received was also very good. Unfortunately one piece of equipment was out of stock and we had to wait a couple of weeks for delivery, but we ere informed about the delay.
Overall I would recommend Electro Supplies and we will certainly use them again should we need to.

Ordered an item on line which appeared to be in stock. However within a few hours, telephone call received stating item was out of stock. Discussed replacement item and all sorted very quickly.
