I had no problems at all with Electrocentreltd. The service was 1st class and the goods followed suit.
The television which I purchased from them was £100-£200 more expensive with other retailers.

I was looking for a new washer/dryer, found the exact model I was after at the best price on the Web, put in my order at 11pm Thursday night and it arrived at 9am Saturday morning. It took me nearly as long to plumb it in! £10 to have the old one removed, bargain. Hassle free and polite & helpful delivery team, what's not to like? Worth all 5 stars. Dave, Surrey.

Ordered Tuesday delivered Saturday. They only deliver to Scotland on Saturdays. Delivery men could do with a smile transplant but good workers! ( Eastern European!)

very reasonable price and quick delivery

Like a lot of people when i found this website i thought it was too good to be true and i didn't trust it one bit. I mean i got a Samsung 43" 3D plasma tv for £316 delivered! That's £100 cheaper than Amazon and £200 cheaper than everyone else. I cant even find a budget brand TV priced like this.

After much research i took a chance and ordered on Credit Card for Section 75 protection in the case my suspicions were correct but there was no need. I put the order in at 3am Saturday (time got away from me as i had spent many hours researching various models and reviews and reputability of companies). So to my surprise i got a call Saturday morning (same day) at around 11am asking me if they could deliver that day! I happily agreed and my TV arrived at 2.30pm. 12 hour delivery is just mental.

The praise doesnt stop there though. The delivery itself deserves a mention as the men kindly took the box into the kitchen and then unboxed it. This was to make sure all parts were present and that there was no damage. They took a picture as evidence. I see this as a good thing for both parties as it saves the hassle for the consumer if there is a problem with an item at delivery.

Id happily shop here again. In fact ill make a point to check them for every electronics purchase i make .

Bought a TV from them £500 cheaper than I could find it elsewhere, ordered on a Friday with free delivery, they called me first thing on Saturday to say it would be delivered that day! Would definitely use again.

- Keenly priced.
- The goods arrived next day.
- The delivery men were personable and helpful and arrived at the beginning of the day.
- The goods were as advertised.
- They had printed off the manual.

All in all a good service. I would recommend them to a friend.

So far there have been no faults with the goods so don't know how that would be dealt with but so far so good.

Great service, the only thing I would have liked is to be able to choose a delivery date but other than that, really good item and fast delivery, will definitely use electro centre again.

These were the cheapest priced supplier for our new washing machine. We ordered online on Bank Holiday Monday evening and an instant confirmation email. After a Wednesday lunchtime phone call, we had it delivered on the Wednesday afternoon. They even took away our old washing machine for free! Would definitely recommend them.

Ordered washing machine on Saturday and bearing in mind the weekend included a Bank holiday Monday it arrived on the Tuesday afternoon
The driver was in communication with me via phone 3 times on the delivery day
Therefore delivery was perfect
Driver and mate were efficient and polite a very good experience

We will happily buy another product from them again, the tv we bought was £50 cheaper than anywhere else with free professional delivery, the tv was unboxed and checked upon delivery to ensure screen and accessories were present. When you spend £600 on a tv you expect the best, and it was.

Good price for the Bosch washing machine I wanted. It was delivered within 48 hours of ordering. I wasn't given a time but to,d probably middle of the day - it arrived around 1pm. The delivery men were very helpful.

Delivery on time. Disappointed as wouldn't take the packaging back even though paid for removal of old product.

The product is great and the value for money was excellent but I feel the delivery service was disappointing. They were very abrupt on the phone and it seemed like it was a lot of trouble to fit the delivery date into our lives when we are the customer.

Also when they arrived they didn't seem very helpful, my wife being pregnant couldn't assist and everything seemed too much trouble for the delivery people.

Follow up contact patchy, customer service appeared disinterested, could not give a delivery date. I gave my mobile number.
Delivery booked in, I gave my mobile number.
On day of delivery, driver phoned, and had not been given my mobile number.
I gave my mobile number for the 4th time!
Driver, (superb guy), and assistant arrived, and positioned the fridge freezer, as requested.
They were appologetic about not being able to dispose of the packaging, (which I did not expect), and left with no damage, despite a very tight squeeze to enter, without removing from packaging. It was a BIG unit to maneuver.

good delivery. excellent product and very good price. i bought 2-Bosch products (dishwasher and Washing machine) both from the classix range which are excellent. well done electro centre. check them out first and do your reviews on the product you wish to buy and you should get the results you want. fully recommend them.
