Ordering online was quick and efficient and I also received £5 ‘welcome’ voucher which I used to order express delivery. Vacuum cleaner arrived 2 days later and was kept up to date with delivery details. Thank you to everyone involved; will definitely use this company again for future electrical items!

I wouldn't use electricshop again. Got in touch after my order to advise they wouldn't be able to deliver for several weeks. They then missed the revised date and only updated me after being chased. Then they started sending arsey emails because I wasn't in when they eventually tried to deliver, and started threatening inflated 'carriage costs' of £24.99 if the item was returned to them.

Plenty of other electrical retailers out there with significantly better customer service.
