I have completed my course last December 2023.My wife paid for my certificate a few weeks ago on my behalf via bank transfer using my student registration number as refererence.I send email to e-learning college they replied that nothing has been received. Its over 2 wks now I've been asking for update they never replied on time.I don't see this as a very good eaxample where students have to be left confused at times.Email response from e-learning college was very poor. Can someone out there help solve my issue.I've waiting for my certificate now so it could added onto my CV..THANKS
