They're legit, but they are becoming more greedy by the day. They used to allow you to earn points to save money on your next orders, but they killed that. They used to offer free shipping, but now you have to spend over$500 to get that deal. I used to be able to order and get the packages within 4 to 5 days. Now it's 10 days or more. The last time I ordered, they said they'd refund me 5% of my order if I put a Google review in, took a screenshot, and emailedit to them. Now, if you go to their reviews, they have 5 stars, and all the reviews are from the past week. They literally bought the reviews. I'm looking for a new, trustworthy site. The only reason I continue to order from ejuiceconnect is because I know that what I order will eventually get to me, and I am always leary of ordering from companies I'm unfamiliar with.

Best prices online. Then placed a decent size order. They called to notify me one was out of stock. Ejuice replaced the requested out of stock item with a better item. Arrived on time. Good communication. Thanks

I love Ejuice Connect! Prices are way better then the smoke shops I live by! You get exactly what you could get in the shops. The only thing I wish they carried was the replacement glass for GeekVapes so I wouldn't have to by a whole tank lol. Other than that TOP NOTCH ONLINE VAPE SHOP!!! Delivery may not be free but it's totally worth every penny! And it doesn't take long at all to be delivered. Will continue to be a loyal customer!!

They shorted my order 2x 120ml of ejuice and absolutely refuse to make it right. I have validation if needed! So, I'm taking my business elsewhere. This isn't the first time they messed up an order. They completely ignored me the first time. They try to put the blame on the customer. Never again.

Deceptive "Deal" description...much like the rest of the 1-STAR ratings here, today's after Christmas promotion was very price apealing. When it's too good to be true, it most likely is...just do good reseach on reviews, there are plenty on here, YELP, etc...The specific Promotion was for discount using code, yet the header of each page in big letter said FREE SHIPPING WITH ORDERS OVER $100. It's kind of one of those bait and switch situations, which was very disappointing, since I've had previous great experiences, but this time was a definite UNSAT for deceptive advertising.
On a positive note, Customer Sevice Rep (KYLE) was prompt to reply back and forth with emails and screenshots, but not sure he even recognized the deceit as presented on the website. I did not proceed to payment and let Kyle know I was going to write this review...
Bottom Line: Buyer Beware, just do good research first and understand with the final price will be...What is not clearly stated is that the promotion code is only for either a discount "OR" free shipping (either one or the other), what a head-scratcher this experience turned out to be: VERY NEGATIVE!!!

Was contacted during Christmas, did not see message refunded for vape they said out of stock. Contacted next day order ready for FedEx lady very rude would not add another flavor, must order again with shipping over $100 order. VERY BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE NEVER ORDER AGAIN.....SCAM AVOID!!!!

Just wanted to say, You guys run an amazing company. Super fast shipping, on par with anthing shipped from that A to Z company. Placed an order on the 25th, just recieved it today.. its the 27th.. Never had ANY issues, you have impressed me since my first order. Tell your fullfillment team, they are the blood life, that keeps me coming back.. glad I decided to try ejuice connect before anyone else... you have saved me TONS.. and made the man a very happy vaper !!

Purchased several items, including two FREEMAX vape kits. They sent me the wrong vape, I returned the vape and they gave me a refund, the issue is that the refund didn't cover what I paid for the product. I bought the product again for 49.99 and free shipping. They refunded me 25 dollars. I called them and they gave me another 15 dollars. So, they make the mistake on their end, and the customer has to pay for it? Not fair at all. Plus, this whole thing took over 3 weeks to be solved, and badly.

The experience is overall very good! My boyfriend has been using this sight for a few years now and has not complained once about it! All very good flavors. And usually arrives with in a week.

Great prices and a wide selection of brands!! I only order from this company because of there great prices!!
