Rob Cox has been an asset to our development.

Rob took on our mismanaged development and has made continuous improvements in spite of a very challenging environment. It was not an easy task but Rob took the time to understand the development and identified key areas for improvement.

He has always been very pleasant to talk to, along with the rest of the 8am staff.

I have worked with Rob Cox now for many years now and can honestly say he is one of the most efficient PM's in the sector and makes the relationship between PM's and Contractors a real partnership meaning the residents/directors and block we are managing together only stand to benefit with compliance at the forefront of our duty of care. We provide specialist maintenance services for swimming pools and gyms at some of the developments managed by EightAM and have built a great working relationship with the whole team, in particular Giorgia who we work with particularly closely. Giorgia and the team listen and take the advice we give on-board, they are consistently looking to improve and enhance the facilities and hold the health & safety of residents in the highest regard.

I could not recommend EightAM highly enough

Their property is beautiful, secured with frequently reviewed security cameras and well maintained. The Management (Jairo and Emma) are very responsive, supportive, communicative and work hard to ensure that my needs as their tenant as well as other tenants are met.
They check up regularly. It feels great to know that they are just a phone call away and they will definitely respond. If I could give more than a 5, I would. Santos, the maintenance guy is also very responsive and always happy to help. Infact, you can't find a better supportive team. Thank you so much Jairo, Emma, Santos for making my stay pleasant.

I am not sure there is anyone at this company. I have sent 4 emails to Rob and Laure and the hello email addresses and not one single response. I have then call both numbers on numerous occasions and again nobody answers.
How can a property management company not work for the people who live in their properties.
Clearly not paid based on client satisfaction.

Sabrina from Belgravia managing my tenancy in Clifton House was excellent, especially when it came to the end of tenancy process and help with referencing to secure my future tenancy!

I am very pleased with the way the team handled the whole moving process for us. Would really like to mention Sabrina who has been so accommodating and understanding through out the process. Finding a new place and moving in can be a very stressful process, especially if you are new to the area. Sabrina has been understanding and accomodating through the entire process by helping us do a virtual tour to fit our work schedules and and going above an beyond to help us close in on the moving within just 2 days after the reference process was completed due to our current housing situation.
Over all very happy and satisfied with our experience working with Sabrina and Eight asset management.
