Customer service blamed Amazon for me never receiving my order. After three weeks of dealing with "Customer Service" and them blaming Amazon instead of just shipping me another order and making things right, I disputed the charge. What a joke of a business.

Customer service needs to do better

Their customer service is a joke! Considering how big of a brand/company they are in this day and age, you’d expect more. I buy from them often, so I’m not taking away from the fact their products are good.
However on one instance I accidentally checked out with the non-stim Oxyshred. My fault. I contacted their online support the second the order went through, meaning the order would not even have been picked/packed yet, let alone dispatched. All I was asking for was a straight swap (pricing was the same between non-stim & stim at the time). But nope. They said once the order is placed it goes straight to the warehouse, where they are unable to change it. HOW RIDICULOUS. What kind of old schools communications process have they got going that they can’t tell them to pack something else. They said I’d have to wait for the item to be delivered, reject the delivery so it gets sent back to them, and then wait for a refund and re-order. Why an extra 5 step, inconvenient process for both them and the consumer.
This time I made EXTRA sure I’d check out with the ultra concentration Oxyshred. And I did. And guess what? They sent me the wrong item! I received the non-stim version and only realised when I tasted the product and realised it was weak.
This time I contact them within the 7 days of item being delivered as per their website FAQs, and…crickets. Like WTF! Other companies would usually offer a solution within the first reply/communications. But all I got from EHP was they’re investigating what happened?
They’ve sent the wrong item and can’t even immediately recifty their fault. It ended up taking 4 weeks before I was finally offered a resolution (store credit). And that was after I was on their tail, sending emails almost every day.
They’re quick to take customers money, but not quick to resolve their own mistakes.
After the last experience, we’re boycotting EHPLabs and moving to a different supplement brand instead. Just goes to show, no matter how good your product is, customer service is just as important and goes a long way.

I placed an order with EHP Labs in…

I placed an order with EHP Labs in April 2025 during their “Vault Sale” and purchased 8 x 12-packs of OxyShred energy drinks (96 cans total) for $215.

What wasn’t made clear at any point — in the emails, on the product page, or at checkout — was that these drinks were less than five weeks away from expiry. That’s nearly 100 drinks I never would have purchased had I known they were short-dated.

When I contacted EHP Labs asking for a refund, I was given generic responses and told that expiry information “was displayed at the time.” I asked them to provide proof or screenshots of that disclosure — they couldn’t. They claimed the sale was “too long ago” to show proof… even though it was only 3 months ago. That’s incredibly poor record-keeping for a large business that plans and promotes sales months in advance.

Instead of owning the issue or offering a resolution, they dismissed my concern entirely. For a business that promotes itself as premium and health-focused, the way they handled this situation was anything but ethical.

I’ve now lodged a complaint with the Office of Fair Trading QLD and will not be purchasing from them again. If you value transparency, customer service, and product quality — think twice before buying from EHP Labs.

FALSE + DECEPTIVE ADVERTISING!

During their 2025 Summer Sale I saw two ads circulating stating FREE SHIPPING with the 30 RTD Oxy Shred cans. When I placed my order I saw that they were charging shipping, and that RTD Oxyshred does not quality for free shipping - ever. I double checked the ad and confirmed that was the only item being advertised, and the only deal being advertised. I reached out and asked for a shipping refund ($7) and they said no. I expressed my frustration with deceptive advertising and they still said no, it was a one day sale with promo code for a select group. I told them their sale was marketing to the general public on instagram sponsored ads, and did NOT indicate an exclusive sale. I suggested they were aware of their wrong doing as they changed the verbiage of their ads in the following days, and EHP labs still said they would not refund me. One week later I saw another ad circulating with the same promotion promising free shipping. I attempted to purchase it, and saw they were adding the $7 shipping fee again. The dishonest and deceptive marketing is so frustrating! They refuse to refund me.

Sales pricing are a scam

Their sales pricing are a scam, the 'discounted' price is never what is should be. Anyone with half a brain or who knows how to use a calculator, could see that when they advertise 30% off for example, the sale price listed is NOT correct, and is often $20 more than it should be. This happens during EVERY SINGLE SALE! So if I want to place an order and pay what the price SHOULD be, not whatever fantasy price they made up, getting a response or action from customer service is like pulling teeth. It can take weeks to get the price corrected to place an order, but they never correct it on the website so they can continue ripping off other customers.
Very poor, almost non-existent customer service, who have no intention of actually resolving the issue, its always 'passed onto another department' - pass the buck more like it. I like the Oxyshred product, but their false advertising and lack of customer service such a let down.
Edit: I followed up with an email enquiry, rather than the live chat I wasn’t getting a response from. Their idea of ‘free merch’ is to charge for it, their explanation was “ The merch is indeed free in the sense that it’s included as a bonus in the bundle, and the 30% discount is applied to the total value (including the merch).”
They also changed the offer before responding to me, but I have screenshots to prove the original offer. Oh, and they’re still charging for the ‘free merch’ in the new offer

Never Again

They do not have any Phone number so that you can take care of your questions/problems/issues. Instead everything is via email, which they do not address every question so it is a constant back and forth waiting 24 hours each time. The Chat reps will just stop chatting when they feel like and leave you hanging. When they do reply back, it is not clear. They say they are "out of stock" on items that they still have as an option - poor website design and poor customer service. Never again

Top class customer service and great…

Top class customer service and great products.

This is my second time ordering EhpLabs products (large orders) and the entire process was easy. Quick delivery and Oxyshred tastes amazing - nothing to complain there.

The most impressive thing however is the customer support. I had a small issue with one of the products that arrived and contacted their team.

Complaint responded to very quickly and resolved within 24 hours. Cannot fault them at all. Will be a returning customer

Disappointed with the lack of service

Placed an order during their big sale and was charged, checked the email confirmation immediately and realised an incorrect product was listed, emailed them straight away to bring it to their attention and their response was “this product has already been packed and is ready to ship out so we cannot change it”

Pretty disappointed with the blatant lack of effort to assist me, especially as it was a tech fault on their end.

Oxyshred ultra concentration

I have used almost 3 containers of Oxy Shred ultra concentration. From the gummy snake flavor, plasma (Ghostbusters theme) or whatever it was called, and lastly Dr. soda Pop.

I follow a meal plan, plus workout 5 days a week. With fasted cardio. When I use the product the one thing I was hoping for was energy and a good sweat. As I am up around 4am. Hoping for some great results as I used it everyday even on non training days. 2 scoops.

Nothing. I was just the same as when I started. I used if for quite awhile knowing with some products you have to give it time. Well maybe my tolerance to this type of product hit it's max potential.

I wouldn't waste my money on it.

Order won't even go through

They had offers on for their oxyshred bogof on the app only. Placed orders 3 times and got a confirmation that it's all set i should receive an email shortly and nothing comes through. Emailed them with screenshots of the issue but no replies to try and resolve it. Thankfully no payments have left my account. Time to delete find another brand.

RIPPED OFF!! NEVER AGAIN!!

Have tried for 3 weeks to get these low lifes to ship my order. Since I got a great deal under 2 for 1 pricing, they chose to not fill my order. They cancelled the order and never notified me. After waiting 2 weeks for my order (not realizing it was cancelled), I then tried for over a week to get EHP customer service to honor the price that I purchased the protein powder for. They play a little "cat and mouse" game with their pricing and responses. I requested that they call me and not hide behind their email system. Once again, these low lifes never did. I finally gave up. I purchased some powder thru AMAZON which was MUCH LESS EXPENSIVE AND TASTES BETTER! Will never buy from EHP again!! Such a POS company!!! "Customer Servide" is a misnomer for EHP! Hate hate hate!!!

I love it

All the bad reviews seem to be about shipping issues.but none about their ac tu al products.
I use their products since years, I had no issues and I absolutely love their fat burner. It’s the best in the market in my opinion. Most people will leave a review, only after they had a bad experience. But remember there are plenty of people out there, who didn’t leave a review, and are very happy with the product.

Absolute garbage (non existent) customer service. Spent over $100 on a bundle and it never shipped. I’ve sent a LOT of emails and haven’t heard anything. Now currently escalating to receive a refund. Do NOT buy directly from EHPlabs website!

Worst company I've dealt with!

This companies mismanagement is appalling. Even though I was in contact with EHPlabs concerning my order no less than three times over the course of a week and a half it still took them two full weeks to inform me my order was delayed because a free tshirt that came with my bundle was no longer in stock. I honestly couldn't have cared less about the tshirt,it was the products I wanted.
Two weeks to respond as to why my order was held up is pathetic, they could have just thrown in another shirt or just left it out and sent the order through with an apology note and I would have been happy. Still they could have told me the first email or even the second email and sorted it out with me .. but no apparently the first two customer relations people it wasn't their job, mismanagement at its finest! Great products but clearly mismanaged company with totally inept customer service skills.
Over a month later my order was delivered, not that I can use it, they had two weeks to deliver it (which I paid extra for express post) before I had to go interstate,but because of their ineptness it didn't arrive in time .. all because of a shirt I didn't care about and won't fit me anyway 🙄

never shipped order

I am extremely disappointed with your company’s handling of my order. I placed an order on the 12th for a bundle and received an email shortly after stating that my package would ship within 1-2 days, and I would receive a follow-up email with tracking information. That never happened. I reached out to customer service twice to express my concerns. The first response advised me to contact the carrier directly, which was impossible as I had not received a tracking number and was unsure of which carrier was being used. In the second response, I was informed that the items I ordered were out of stock and that I would be contacted within a few days with a solution.

However, it has now been 9 days, and the items are still listed as available on your website. I believe a solution should have been provided or a refund issued by now. Despite my follow-ups, I have not received a tracking number or any further communication since the second email. After checking Google reviews, it seems this is a common issue with your company, particularly concerning your bundle deals.

No customer service

My credit card information and address were stolen and used to make a digital wallet with EHP Labs to purchase their products. While that is presumably not their fault, they never responded to my requests to fix this issue by closing the fraudulent account or removing my info. My credit card company keeps rejecting charges from them, even closing multiple cards because the digital wallet automatically updates with a new card number when the old one is closed. Honestly it ends up being more work for EHP Labs because some charges did go through before being cancelled. That’s lost time, inventory for EHP Labs but yeah don’t answer someone trying to help.

I ordered on EHPLABS two protein bundle…

I ordered on EHPLABS two protein bundle and they were the only in stock(pumpkin spice latte, vanilla chai)
When I received the order it was incomplete with just the pumpkin spice latte protein powder.
Immediately contacted the customer service on the email and they answered me the next day saying the vanilla chai was no longer in stock(so they probably didn’t even shipped the protein powder to me) and they could send me another flavour rocky road and guess what?it was the only in stock😂
They never shipped the protein powder they promised me and kept ignoring my emails, they also didn’t tell me nothing about the other protein powder that was in the bundle(that’s weird🤔)
This website is a scam and it’s a shame cause it is very famous and sponsored.
Oh anyway the only way to contact them it’s on the email cause on the website they give other options such as mobile number and live chat but they don’t work😂
