Good quality foam but not cut to size as advertised.

Absolutely fantastic service recently. I was let down by another company who took my money then told me they could not fulfill my order which left me in trouble due to people coming booked around the foam coming for a swimming pool liner. Just amazing service would highly recommend

Not being to good at computing and doubtful of the exact foam product I required I was able to phone Efoam from their website information. I was given confident advise by Debbie L and was able to place my order which was very reasonably priced.
I received the ready made goods within 4 days which turned out to be all I expected, (less the free pillow).
I emailed Debbie who replied within the hour and the free pillow was delivered in the morning the following day.
Full marks for a professional and efficient service.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. I placed an order for nearly £600 worth of cut to size pieces of acoustic foam. Payment was taken and the order confirmed in writing.
Several days later they called me and said that due to the wastage in cutting my pieces they wanted an additional payment of £780 or they would not fulfil the order.
It was by now too late for me to find an alternative supplier so I had no choice but to alter my cutting list to suit their sheet sizes.
The website is fraudulent, the prices offered will not be honoured. If it was possible to award zero stars then I would.

Horrible rude company. After posting a genuine review they personally and falsely slandered me online. Told me they would help me with an order, and then decided they wouldn’t and put the phone down on me. AVOID

Fantastic service and lovely product, bought a new bistro set for the garden but wanted to make new covers for the cushions, until I actualy replaced the foam they looked like pancakes. Cannot recommend this company highly enough, from start to finish it was so easy, will be using them again very soon for my other cushion cover replacements that need new foam . Just perfect 😁

I bought a lovely chair second hand for £20, much better quality than most mass produced rubbish sold today. It was clean and in excellent condition except for the cushion that was lumpy and uncomfortable to sit on.

After trawling the internet for a few days I came across eFoam which on the whole received excellent reviews. So I ordered a new bespoke bullnose cushion in the reflex superior foam for the chair, with a stockinette covering. The easy to follow measuring instructions given on the site made this easy to do. The total cost, postage was free, was £32.98p.

I ordered the cushion on 19th July and received it today the 22nd. Following a short fight with the cushion (which I won) I managed to fold it in half so that it glided easily inside the cover. The stockinette cover made this process considerably easier than with the old uncovered foam. The chair is now firmly supportive, ensuring stability and comfort to my back and hips. All for £53.98p thanks to eFoam, you couldn’t buy a quality new chair for that.

I am very happy with all aspects of my purchase and plan use eFoam again in the future.

Would recommend efoam to anyone who need seat cushions i ordered via their website was unsure of what i need so called and spoken to a nice helpful lady in sales. Arrived and was very very happy.
Will use again for my up coming projects.

Spent just under £400 on 4 cushions, after one week, was told for 3 days it would be delivered that day. Then 7 a clock at night I opened my door to the cushions on the floor. Poorly wrapped, when opened the cushions was black with dirty black water soaked through all the cushions!! My outside is stone no dirt around so was there before it was wrapped!
I took pictures and emailed Efoam, they offered me £30 credit..
AVOID!! Never seen as worse customer service in my whole life !! Never mind the product I received.
Now told it was damaged in transit even though it was inside damaged aswell where it wasn’t on show!! Liers with bad attitudes!

Do not use this company.
I ordered some acoustic foam from Efoam.
We ordered a slightly bigger piece, more than we needed to ensure there were no gaps in the frame it was going into.
There was no reduction in noise whatsoever.
The foam was thin and more like something you’d use in a case to protect camera equipment.
The foam arrived with two marks on it which I didn’t make a fuss off as when it was up you'd not notice them.
So I sent a friendly email to Efoam stating the foam had made no difference in noise reduction at all.
They asked for photos which I sent but they came up with every excuse in the book.
Basically they said nothing they can do.
So I sent the foam back they said it had marks on it, which were the marks I was referring to earlier in this review and white hairs on it, which is odd as I don’t have any pets.
They said they would not pay a refund and after this they ignored my emails.
In the end my partner emailed them and after a few days they said they’d pay £15 back as a good will gesture.
So I’ve ended up with no foam and only £15 refunded, this product cost me nearly £40
I did however write to trading standards they replied and told me a route to go down and said I’m well within my rights.
Unfortunately I have a chronic illness and this is more hassle than it’s worth.
Don’t go down the route i went down and use this business. Stay clear.
The acoustic foam isn’t fit for purpose.

As I cannot reply to Efoam’s reply I’d just like to add this.
Ive actually just found a photo of the foam just after it had arrived at my home in situ with the two marks on it.
These are the marks E foam claim I sent it back with, it’s a joke.
I wrote the same review on their website review page, surprise surprise it’s been deleted.

Lie after lie cowboys….

I have a three seater Ektorp sofa from IKEA and, much as I like it the feather cusions have lost any pretence of shape.
I thought that if I squeezed in some sheets of foam I could stiffen them up a bit so I bought two sheets of 25mm thick firm foam for each of the back cushions to sandwich the feathers and one sheet for each of the seats (they already have a foam slab on the base).
The results exceeded my expectations by a long way.
It was a bit of a squeeze getting them in and I had to shape the cushions where they overlap the arms but boy, does it make a difference? If I could post photos you'd see the sofa looks like new.
The foam was easy to order and the guidance as to which type to go for was a great help.
I wasn't in a hurry so the notice on the site that preference would be given to NHS orders was fine by me.
When I opened my front door early on Saturday morning the package was sitting there - it might have arrived the previous day, I'm a bit deaf so don't always hear the bell - so three days maximum from order to delivery!
My daughter now wants to do the same to a similar sofa (curse you IKEA!) so we'll be back for more soon.

Having read some of the reviews, i am quite surprised about the negative ones, obviously these have been due to misunderstanding and are not the norm. Having said that, I did find that unless you phone Efoam on their free number to either double check that you are ordering the right product, or to check on delivery, (which I had to do as i didnt get any email to advise me of dispatch), I cant fault the company, and would recommend them and use again in the future. The quality of their products are good and are all at a reasonable price (check with other suppliers if you dont believe me), with a fast delivery service thrown in what else do you want. If looking for foam for special applications then I would strongly suggest you phone them to make sure you get the correct product. All in all a great service that I would recommend.

Great experience with eFoam. I bought a sofa during covid and unfortunately couldn't try it before buying. The cushions were way too hard. So I followed the guidance and helpful videos on how to measure sofa cushions and select the right cushion level (medium for mine), and within days the foam arrived. It was a perfect fit and I am finally now delighted with the sofa! Great quality and the best price point compared to other similar stores I looked at.

Wanted foam for a window seat. I had no idea about this and no experience of buying foam. Had a quick look on the website, did a bit of measuring and ordered online without speaking to anyone (bit of a risk!) Absolutely delighted. Perfect seat and fast delivery!

BEWARE THIS COMPANY!
I was assured on the telephone three times by EFoam staff that their acoustic foam would reduce the noise of my indoor exercise equipment but instead it made it substantially worse. When informed of this the staff all denied they’d spoken to me or even provided these assurances. They don’t even understand basic consumer law and when I had to make a complaint to PayPal they completely mis-quoted the legislation (and again lied)
Thankfully PayPal saw through their misrepresentations and untruths and fully refunded me
Do not trust these people!

EDIT IN RESPONSE TO COMPANY’S ABOVE REPLY:

(1) it is utterly disingenuous of EFoam to say they’re “shocked by [my] words”.
We exchanged multiple pre sale exchanges

(2) it’s not true that I did not talk on the telephone to EFoam staff before I placed my online order.
I showed PayPal my phone bill proving I called EFoam THREE times in two days seeking advice as to which product might be suitable for my purpose. Each call lasted at least 5 minutes in duration and I spoke to two different female staff members during these calls
This denial is a complete LIE by EFoam to seek to neutralise my entirely honest review warning innocent consumers about EFoam

(3) It is a LIE that EFoam refunded me “as a gesture of goodwill” or otherwise.
I have an email from EFoam which I sent to PayPal - in the context of our fully contested dispute - in which EFoam refused to refund me, incorrectly citing the law and lying by saying that the law precludes refunds when items are custom made or cut to size even if the item is defective. This is NOT the law! Even when I replied to EFoam by email, telling EFoam this was not the law and reciting the relevant statutes and the clause numbers they declined to act and/or reply to me.
In fact they escalated the PayPal dispute!! PayPal had to intervene and investigate, which is why I provided Paypal with all the above evidence of EFoam’s lies
PayPal duly conducted its enquiries and agreed with me and it fully refunded me all sums paid by me.
EFoam did NOT agree to refund me anything!

(4) EFoam’s reply illustrates that even now they misunderstand the facts and matters of this issue. In their haste to undermine my honest review by positing their above reply containing provable and blatant LIES, they’ve overlooked reality in every aspect
I clearly told them in every phone call, in every email and in all documents submitted to PayPal in the PayPal dispute that my exercise equipment was small and was indoor. Not outdoor or large, as EFoam state above in their reply
EFoam is incompetent and plainly pays scant attention to either facts or the truth

The company’s reply is yet another example of how EFoam CONSTANTLY LIES and sells DEFECTIVE goods.

I recommend this company for their prompt and efficient service. The foam was cut to my exact measurements and was dispatched on the day I requested. Also, I telephoned and was answered immediately by a lovely lady who gave me honest and, as it turned out, extremely good advice.

Excellent company. Foam dispatched very promptly to arrive next day . Great customer service phone enquiries answered by very friendly competent team . Will highly recommend and use every time I need foam in the future . Thank you efoam team .

For my wife to be comfy while reading/ watching TV during our caravan tours, she needed a ‘back-rest’. We didn’t fully comprehend ‘trapezium’ so called eFoam’s freephone for advice. We made a drawing with dimensions, emailed it to eFoam and hey presto, within couple of days the back-rest arrived and it’s perfect!

So, if anyone is unsure, like we were about what to order, contacting eFoam’s team is what we highly recommend!

The price was most attractive and we got exactly the shape/size we required!

We’ve no association with eFoam, except as a first time customer and won’t hesitate to approach them again for assistance.

So pleased is my good lady with her back-rest we’ve not only extended our current touring plan by another week, but she’s treating me to my very own back-rest👍🤗

Quick free phone call to eFoam, who’ve come up trumps yet again, cutting and processing the same day! And, as we’re returning customers, eFoam will get it to us tomorrow👍👍

As a Yorkshire man I’m reluctant to part with my brass so easily, but on such occasions as these it’s a pleasure.
