Driver almost caused a major accident in causeway side, Edinburgh, and then just drove off. Do not trust these people.

Continuely complain about one of the drivers that work for Edmundson Electrical in Morden. He lives close to me and continuely parks the company van (enormous white Edmundson delivery van) illegally (on yellow lines, over drop curbs, driveways and block residents, such as myself in there driveways). The residential road is narrow and the parking bays are sized for cars not giant white vans, so he can never find a spot to park unless its illegal. I have reported this many times to the company directly and they do nothing.

When you ask him to move his van or not park illegally he shouts and is extremely rude. He has even attacked us verbally based on where we are from and called us racist. We have not mentioned anything about him personally and couldnt careless whether he was pink with purple spots, we just want to be able to get in and out of our driveway and not have a giant van parked across it or be verbally abused

Don't touch this company with a barge pole ...

Sent electricians working on my site to get roll of armoured cable from the chelmsford branch. Paid money via Bacs and emailed the confirmation to the person dealing with the order. Almost £2000 sent for an order. Instead of giving the cable to my guys, they were told after 2 hours of haggling that they can't release the order for 48 hours after recieving the Bacs payment.

Worse off, I have asked for a refund and the company has not even been able to refund my money back to me when after 60 hours have passed and all I have been told is that it is too big a company to turnaround the money quickly.

Not only they didn't release the product after being paid In full , I had to pay for half a day of 2 electricians who stood at their Chelmsford store and made a fool of themselves.

MONEY STILL NOT REFUNDED ..

Absolute shambles!! Three weeks to wait for some screw drivers?? The website is horrendous to use no pricing either. I cancelled my order and got them from RS next day. I never did get a reply regarding cancellation

What is the point of a website where you can't get a list of available products- let alone prices - you are forced to select a manufacturer, then a specific product and at the end no price indication!!!!! I am shopping around for a "100A metal isolator". I have no idea from your website on price etc. How can I choose? Hopefully, you appreciate me taking the time to help you with my experience but I doubt you will be getting me as a customer

Great to pop into Edmundson St Albans. Helped by Anthony and his colleagues to fulfil a large order. Very friendly and even got to practice darts. Choose Edmundsons first wherever I am😁

Unprofessional and rude , avoid

Avoid this wholesalers, rip off prices and unprofessional staff. So many better wholesalers to use in Leeds surrounding this one other than this one.

I've been an account holder with Edmundsons for 22 years, and without a doubt, they are the best wholesaler about. Staff at Stafford are great, nothing is a fuss, and they get things done when they say they will. Marting and Alex, credit to the company. My go to electrical supplier.

Not even 1 star - following verbal abuse from one of the drivers (when asked what his rush was when parking) then told to shut up !

Avoid at all cost. I've been a loyal customer for nearly 8 years at the wakefield branch and always thought that Christie at the branch looked after us until 2 month ago when I received my bill and found that they had been charging us £100 for pvc 2.5 twin and earth cable which is an absolute joke. At this point a was shocked and asked if I could be sent the invoices for the last year to cross-reference the prices she pretty much refused and said I should already have them 2 weeks later I received a letter from there solicitors stating I had to pay this price also with an additional cost of £800

Wow. Nottingham daleside Road. Was waiting at the service desk 20mins to be served. Rang bell 4 times no answer. Only me in the shop. I could of helped myself to anything. When ressesion hits you’ll be asking where’s the customers. Total waste of fuel to get there. Never again.

Awful company. Milton Keynes branch is incompetent especially Dan the manager who hasn’t a clue what is going on. Disoriented, disorganised and unprofessional avoid at all costs. Don’t bother making any complaint they will just ignore it. The further up the chain you go the more incompetent they become.
