Had my bi-folding doors fitted yesterday. They look lovely. Steve and Adam were very good and worked really hard all day. They left both inside and outside of my house clean and tidy. Will definitely use his company again next year or my consratory. Thanks lads.

We are absolutely thrilled with the quality and the look of our new windows, patio doors and doors from Eden Windows. From the very start of our installation journey, we have been very impressed by the professionalism and efficiency of the staff at Eden Windows. Cliff the salesman, was supportive to our needs and questions with patience and without any pressure. The surveyor, Dean, was incredibly thorough, meticulous and knowledgeable taking time to ensure everything was clear for the fitting process, along with Dan through the checking process. We were very fortunate to have Lee and Ryan as our fitters. We are absolutely delighted with the time they took and meticulous approach, ensuring the windows and doors were fitted with precision and care. We cannot praise them enough. And also working with Bridget has been a delight in her efficiency and rapid response to any questions or requests. Would highly recommend. From our first visit to chat about new windows and doors, Bridget in the office, down to our first install out of two carried out this week. Steve and Adam were fantastic, worked well and very tidy, working around our builder. Love our new windows, they look great. Very pleased.

The first installation was scheduled & the installers arrived on site in good time. However, they found out the roof was in a terrible condition & needed extensive repairs. This is my first impression - confirmed to me that the company does take pride in its work. They could have just done the installation, leaving me to deal with the aftermath.
Now, having done the roof repairs, Steve & Adam arrived quite early, were very polite, courteous & went about the installation after laying dust sheets out in place. They worked steadily, without causing any inconvenience & brought many details to my attention when necessary. The team was also conscious of keeping the rooms tidy, cleaning up as they went along. I cannot thank the guys enough- it was an all day job but it wasn't done in a rushed manner. Steve & Adam are a credit & excellent representation of the firm & some rogue companies should emulate the service provided. I am extremely pleased with my new windows- the rooms lool like they've had a face-lift.
I would recommend Eden again & again as all the staff members I had contact with were all very courteous & professional.

Work was carried out to a high standard, it took quite a long time, but the installers did not stop until they had finished and then left the room clean & vacuumed. It rained during this time so shoe covers were worn indoors!
Patio door look good, we would be very happy to recommend Eden Windows.

We took advantage of Eden Windows winter sale to replace every window on our property which needed some urgent modernisation. Arif and Dean did a thoroughly professional job advising on design and style while Dan and Bridget ensured the installation and production of the new frames went seamlessly.
Special thanks to Steve and Adam (ably assisted by Lee and Ryan) who did a superb job installing the new casement windows, cleaning up at the end of each day's work and producing an impeccable finish. Great to work with people and a company who really know their business. It has transformed our home and I would have no hesitation in recommending Eden windows and would suggest a visit to their showroom if you are considering similar improvements. I rarely submit feedback reviews but in this case it was well merited by the exceptional service we received and the reasonable cost.

Just had Eden windows and conservatories take down our white conservatory and install lovely new grey windows, doors and an insulated tiled ultraroof. Service was excellent right from the start with Paul the salesman to Dave the plasterer. Big thanks go to Dave and Martin who did the takedown of our existing conservatory and installation of the new one. They were thoroughly professional, considerate and did a great job from protecting our tiled floor at the start to cleaning up at the end. The finished conservatory is much more like a proper room with the new roof and hasn’t made any real difference to light in our dining room due to the single metre wide roof window. We would thoroughly recommend Eden and are very happy with our new living space.
