I got to purchase the item I wanted at a keen price. It was delivered promptly and in perfect condition

Delivery as stated item as described no issues at all.only worrying part didn't get confirmation email from edel ,but got 1 from Delivery company.

Initial transaction failed, sent an email and got a response the following day. Tried again and received a tracking number through every step. No concerns. Happy with the products.

I received my 'Ray ban liteforce' sunglasses delivery. And when I opened the box, the glasses were all old looking, with rust marks on the sides of the glasses. I immediately emailed 'edel-optics' looking for support or to return the sunglasses and I received an automated email, to say someone will contact me, however nobody ever contacted me 6 days later and I've emailed twice again since. It's a really bad expensive product and bad customer service, these were supposed to be a birthday gift, which is now €160 down the drain... avoid and buy from a proper reputable company instead.
