Great sales platform which allows users to establish their size and quantity requirements easily.
Rapid delivery backed up with very good customer communication and support particularly from Joss. Installation is almost complete and has made a significant difference improving both the conservatory appearance and insulation characteristics.

The Insulation wasn't delivered the day requested (Friday), we received notification it would be delivered the following Monday but it turned up on Saturday morning - luckily somebody was in.

This is the first time we have used non itch PET insulation. It was very easy to tear to size (and remained straight) and does not irritate skin; we laid four layers, built the platform on loft legs and a 'coffin' round the hatch. It will be covered with breather membrane to keep it pristine. We were particularly interested in the fact that rats do not like this product as it can't be made into a nest. We had to completely clear and clean the attic and secure the openings with mesh lath, we are optimistic that we have cracked the problem. Ecohome delivered 10 packs to our door on a pallet which we ferried 3/4 at a time in the car to the job. We will order again as we have another cold loft to sort

It was great to be able to get this product in northern Ireland I had been trying for months with UK suppliers they were not delivering to NI

Excellent insulation, just a shame the next working day delivery didn’t happen but that was nothing to do with Ecohome.

Much easier product to use that fibreglass or similar, will fit into any space. Can feel the difference it makes already in relation to heat retention in our dormer bedrooms.

Emailed me and let me know there was going to be an issue we delivery,
when we were out of postal delivery services for next day delivery.Got the delivery company to drop it for me when they said they couldn’t leave it in a safe place for us as we wouldn’t be in on delivery day when it was due. It was left in a safe place from the delivery company M&H carriers,
thanks to the driver who went above and beyond to make sure we got it in a dry and safe state and secured in our shed rather than just leaving around the back of our house. 👏
Also the insulation is easy to lay and use.
No itching with it. Big bonus.

I had a bit of a scare when the delivery company dropped my EcoHome Insulation parcel off at the wrong house. I reached out to EcoHome immediately, and I was honestly blown away when their customer service team got back to me on a Saturday.

They were incredibly reassuring and promised that the issue would be resolved first thing Monday morning. As it turned out, my neighbor was kind enough to bring the parcel over the very next day, but the peace of mind EcoHome provided was top-notch. It’s rare to find a company that stays that responsive over the weekend!
